I love the artworks of Xie Lian still in his prince attire interacting with Hua Cheng. It makes me think of AUs where Xian Le had a much slower, softer fall, Xie Lian was never banished, and Hong-er still became Hua Cheng, Xie Lian's most devoted believer, and they meet and fall in love at some point.
