I was so adamantly against the idea of Sazz being alive before but honestly now I think there's a possibility she is, but not for a selfish reason like I've seen theorized. She may have been forced into hiding for some reason (the "one sided relationship" she mentioned? The woman in the Westies photo looking suspiciously like her despite them claiming they've never met her?)

I keep thinking Charles' hallucinations of her are leading up to him actually seeing her and not believing it. Hmmm
