“Watch it Fred.” Ben Hardy!Roger Taylor X Reader
Side note:It should be illegal to look that good I’m SORRY
Overview: You go to A party at Freddie Mercury’s house with your boyfriend Roger, and things gets heated in more ways than one.
AN: Iya lovesss! I wanted to write an imagine based of this scene in BR as it was one of my favorites, although that might have been because Ben Hardy being protective is everything I needed in my life. I hope you guys enjoy!
Like and Reblog!
Word count;1400(ish)
It was a party like you’d never seen before. The house, normally so clean and empty except for Cats and Freddie’s piano, was now full of exotically dressed people that you’d never seen before. Women with sparkles adorned on their bare chests and heads, men wearing brightly colored top hats and Stage makeup, their eyes popping with excitement. The place was already a mess of streamers, empty glasses and spillages of colors that made you instinctively avoid them. As you walked in, a waiter offered you a drink. It tasted strong and expensive, but you downed it not wanting to seem rude. The sound was so dense against your ears you didn’t hear anyone talking to you until someone spoke low in your ear “fancy exploring?”
Roger Taylor’s White jacket and shoulder length blonde hair seemed to shine in the low lighting of the hundreds of fairy lights. His blue irises had darkened with attraction as he pulled you close. His cologne was intoxicating and gorgeous; it made you weak at the knees. You leaned into him, playing with his collar “and why would we do that?”
“So, we could finish what we started earlier,” His voice graveled slightly as he lent down and brushed his lips over the soft spot on your neck where the hickey he left earlier was covered by makeup. A chill of euphoria shot over your skin. He smiled knowingly. For a moment the pair of you forgot that you were stood in the lobby filled with hundreds of people, all of whom recognized the drummer. His finger pads stroked down your back as he wrapped his arms around your waist. You desperately wanted the pair of you to go into a dark corner so you could explore each other, and judging by Rogers heightened breathing he was thinking the same.
“Roger you’ve been here for five minutes, can you PLEASE refrain from ripping Y/N clothes off until we say Hi to Freddie?”
Brian, Deaky and their wives were all watching with varying expressions of embarrassment, humor and annoyance. You laughed; Roger uttered a whine of frustration.
“C’mon” you untangled yourself and held out your hand “let’s go find Freddie.”
“But- “
“We’ll finish this later.”
“You promise?” Roger smiled.
You winked “I promise.” Biting his lip Roger took your hand and followed you. Your group of six squeezed through the swelling crowd as you went from room to room. You were followed by yells of recognition, screams of excitement and calls of devotion to the band mates of Queen. A lot of girls particularly screamed for Roger. As always, he was polite and laughed off their drunken advances, but when he could he would smile at you reassuringly and never he never let go of your hand.
Eventually you reached what Freddie liked to call his “entertainment room” where beautifully stitched sofas and marble counter-topped coffee tables huddled around in a circle in the center of the room. These were covered with haphazard trays of finger foods and abandoned half drank glasses of champagne. The carelessness of wealth seemed odd in a room where so many times you’d spent time with your friends, playing cards and cuddling Freddie’s cats. It was alien, and totally unlike Freddie, and the look on Rogers face matched the same look of surprise.
Standing on the largest table In the center of the room was the host, Freddie Mercury. He was dressed, naturally, as a Queen. A bejeweled crown sat on his messy curls, his chest bare underneath the matching velvet jacket also adorned with jewels and Patches. When he saw you, his face broke into his iconic wide smile.
“Look who’s late now Darlings!” He jumped down and embraced his fellow band mates, kissing the wives on the cheek and then coming up to you last. “I can see that Mary helped you with your outfit choice,” he smiled at your off the shoulder red body con dress and black belt that synced your waist in “you look ravishing.”
“Thank you, Fred!” You smiled, kissing him on the cheek. He passed you another drink and offered you an open seat. You went to sit, but Roger gently pulled you onto his lap; shuffling his legs so you rested comfortably against his chest. Your temples gently knocked his shoulder as you cuddled into him.
“What’s with the party Fred?” Roger asked.
Freddie shrugged “I wanted to cause a mess, something as wild and eccentric as me.”
“Well you’ve achieved that,” Deaky said as he watched a man walking on his hands juggle empty champagne bottles with his feet to wild cheers from the audience.
“Fabulous isn’t it?”
“If you say so.” Brian laughed. Just then Paul appeared, smiling with his flashy grin. No one smiled back. You felt Rogers chest rise more as he bristled with annoyance. You rubbed the side of his leg trying to keep him calm, but to make sure he didn’t do anything stupid you didn’t get up to move to greet Paul like Freddie did.
“Everyone enjoying the party?” Paul’s Irish Lilt slurred slightly as he filled up Freddie’s glass. Roger offered his glass to be filled, but Paul didn’t fill it. Instead he moved so he was closer to Freddie, his eyes shining with glee.
“You’re starting to look like each other” Brian pointed to the matching mustaches.
“What’s wrong with that Brian?” Paul asked, but his gaze had hardened. Unperturbed, Brian’s tone had a slight bite
“You’re supposed to be in a rock band Freddie.”
Freddie ignored him. He was too busy listening to the music blasting from the other room.
“Come on! Let’s dance.”
“I don’t dance” Brian said. The conversation muddled in a chorus of story-telling of Brian’s dancing, but you noticed that Roger wasn’t speaking. You lent closer to him so your conversation couldn’t be over heard “you alright love?”
“He’s really pissing me off,” Roger scowled. You didn’t need to ask who he was.
“Take my drink,” you offered your glass “I’m not feeling it right now.”
“You okay?” Rogers eyes flashed with worry “we can leave if you want.”
You shook your head “I just don’t like being around Paul too much that’s all. You know I think he’s a creep.”
It was instinctive for Roger to tighten his hold on you, wanting you to feel safer. He played with the hem of your dress, “Want to go do that exploring instead?”
You giggled “is that all you’re thinking off?”
“It doesn’t help that you’re sat on me,” Roger winked “all I can think about is you.”
The conversation was starting to get louder, so now was the time to sneak away. Wriggling to stand you grabbed Rogers hand once more and pulled him up.
“We’re gonna go actually” Roger called as he went to drag you away, but Freddie blocked him.
“Roger don’t be dull-if you were anymore dull you’d be Deaky.”
“What you complaining at?” Roger frowned “You’ve got your little pet.” He shot a dark look at Paul, who’d slid over to listen in. There was something about him that caused you to grip onto Rogers hand harder, and this caused Roger to hate him even more.
There was a shift in Freddie’s jubilant facade. He now looked hurt, almost irritated. “I have, and he’s loyal. Loyalty is so important,” he turned to look at you “wouldn’t you say Y/N?”
“Careful Fred,” Roger Warned. His tone didn’t change, but his free hand had curled into a fist. He’d also pulled you in a bit closer, shielding you with his body from Paul, who wasn’t attempting to hide the joy in his face as he watched the two friends fight. You tugged Rogers hand and he pushed past Freddie, still keeping you close. You were able to thank Freddie for the party before they were lost in the crowd, and so you just concentrated on the mess of blonde hair that guided you up the stairs to the top floor landing. As you’d climbed up the stairs the groups of people had dwindled until it was just the occasional couple kissing on the stairs or someone snoring loudly in a drunken mess.
Roger pulled you so the two of you were in shadow, his eyes wide. “I’m sorry Fred said that” he said. “It’s the drugs. He doesn’t mean it.”
“I know,” you nodded. You both stood there, breathing in a second and allowing your ears to get used to lack of noise pressure.
“Your makeup’s smudged,” Roger smiled, gently swiping a thumb back over on the patch on your neck. The bruise blossomed on your skin. Once again Rogers eyes darkened. He leaned in and locked his lips with yours, and you let out a breath you didn’t even know you were holding. Roger hummed softly against your lips as he pressed every inch of his body against yours. You leaned Into him, your hair tangling with his as you two become more and more out of control. When he breaks the kiss Rogers hands were shaking with desire as he cupped your face. “I think there’s a room over there.”
You raised your eyebrows “aren’t you wanting to go home to do it?”
“I can’t wait that long,” he sighed, and he started to gently push until your back was to the door. You fiddled for the Door knob and cried with soft delight when it opened. Not even looking to see if it was empty. you pulled Roger into the darkness, enjoying the way his lips felt against your neck as you picked up where you left it off.

My Secret Precure Exchange gift for @ohayo-hannah-chan! I had fun making this collage along with the character cures you gave me. Cure Peace and Cure Gelato are the coolest and cutest cures to work with. So I hope you enjoy the story I made for you as well!
Summary: Aoi meets Yayoi and the two team up to save the day! With some cameos at the end!
"What a lovely day for a nice walk!"
Yayoi hummed to herself as she walked through Precure Park, where all the cures could meet up with each other. She was taking a break from her homework to get some inspiration for her new comic idea. Candy has insisted to come along, but Miyuki wanted to spend a day with her shopping for new books. Reika lent her a sketchbook for her so that she could draw with. The yellow cure sat down to draw some more Power Rangers fanart when a loud rift from a guitar sounded off in the area. The music startled the shy girl. She walked around the corner to see a wild haired blue girl practicing on her guitar. Yayoi's eyes widen at how sharp her teeth was and how fast she was shredding on her instrument. Who was this strange girl?
The girl turned around to wave at her. "Yo! How's it going? Are you new here?"
Yayoi felt her face flush at the question. "N-N-Nooo...I mean, I've been a cure for awhile now." She held out her hand towards her. "I'm Kise Yayoi, nice to meet you!"
The girl shook her hand and grinned. "Tategami Aoi at your service! So what brings you out here in Precure Park?"
"I'm here to get some ideas for my new comic!"
"You draw comics? How cool!" Aoi looked at her sketchbook. "Your drawings are so neat!"
"R-R-Really? I expected someone like you to not be interested in my art."
That comment made Aoi laugh. "Why not? None of my teammates can draw like this. You have a real gift."
Yayoi smiled softly at her. "Thanks, my teammates always tell me my drawings are good, but I just lack the confidence to show them in public."
"Are you nuts? You should be proud of your work! I sing in my band and I am proud of it! Your art should fire you up with a great passion!"
Yayoi was amazed by the energy that Aoi was giving her. Perhaps she was right, her passion for drawing was what made her the person she was today.
Suddenly, a large shaking noise erupted from the park. To their surprise, a Akanbe emerged in front of them, this one being a tall tree. Yayoi took out her Smile Pact while All took out her Sweets Pact.
"Is this a monster of yours?" All asked her, giving Yayoi a determined expression.
"Yeah, that's an Akanbe! Usually when they appear, one of our villains can't be far behind." She replied, hoping she was wrong.
A red oni character appeared on the scene, Yayoi recognizing him to be Akaoni. He gave them a wicked grin.
"Well, if it isn't the crybaby Cure Peace!" He bellowed, making her glare at him. "And you have a little friend too! Is this one as wimpy as you?"
"Shut up, you red troll! I'll kick your butt!" Aoi shouted, growling like the lion she was. "Don't talk to her like that!"
Akaoni was shocked at the blue haired girl's statement. "What? HOW DARE YOU!" He turned to the Akanbe. "Finish them!"
Aoi held up her pact. "Are you ready to fight Yayoi-senpai?"
Yayoi gave her a small smile. "Let's do it!"
"READY?! PRECURE, SMILE CHARGE!"
"CURE A LA MODE, DECORATION!"
"GO! GO! LET'S GO PEACE!"
"WITH FREEDOM AND PASSION, LET'S LA MIX-IT-UP!"
Yayoi transformed in a bout of yellow sparkles. Her bangs were styled in curls. Her eyes became a brighter shade of yellow to match. Her tiara had two angel wings attached, and she wore it on the right side of her head. Her outfit was mainly yellow, with dark yellow lining and white highlights. Her sleeves are double-layered with a puffy piece below, and the bow at her chest is big with a small white frilly piece behind it. Her back of her top is split into two coat-tails, each of which is split in the middle to give a petal-like appearance, and her skirt has a frilly layer underneath it. Her arm protectors are extremely short, with dark yellow ribbons at the wrists. Her boots are short with yellow at the top and small dark yellow ribbons.
Aoi grinned as she transformed in powerful icy blue. Her ponytail grows in length to resemble a messy blue lions mane while she gains short forelocks and thicker bangs. On top of her head are light blue lion ears and a gold crown with a scoop of white and light blue ice cream. Her earrings are gold crowns. Her attire consists of a blue jacket with yellow cuff and lapel and a thick, loose collar with fluffy trim and a sky blue choker. Her balloon skirt is split into two designs with fluffy trim on top, one side is sky blue with white swirls, while the other is pale cream. Sticking out from the bottom is a blue lions tail, while her Sweets Pact rests on a light blue ruffled bow on the left hip. Her blue gloves are thick with a yellow rectangle on top of the hand. She wears thick blue and white ankle-length boots with sky blue socks, with the right one pulled up to the thigh and the left one worn above the ankle.
"Sparkling Rock, Papers, Scissors!" Peace made a paper motion as she twirled. "I'm Cure Peace!"
"Cure Gelato! Ready to serve!" Gelato did a rocker pose to finish her transformation.
Both of the girls nod as they charge the Akanbe together. Peace was putting in some good kicks and punches while Gelato supported her from behind with a few punches from her ice encrusted fist.
"Uh Gelato, can you actually fight without the use of a magical item?" Peace asked her, making the lioness give her a weird look.
"What's wrong with the way I fight? Don't you fight with magic too?" Gelato asked her, giving the Akanbe a good punch in the nose. "I thought all cures fought with magic? The two groups we teamed up with used magic all the time."
Peace tossed the Akanbe over her shoulder, sending him flying in the air. "That's not how we fight classically. Old cures fought with magic, but only for a last resort! You need to fight with your passion, like you told me with my drawing!"
Gelato's eyes widen at that revelation. She was right, her team didn't even use fighting methods that much! With the exception of Macaroon and Chocolat, the rest of the girls don't use fist for fighting! She put her Sweets Pact up and gave her a grin.
"Alright Peace, let's fight this monster the old fashion way!" Giving her a thumbs up, Peace smiles at her. "How hard should we punch this idiot?"
"Hard enough to make the Shadow Realm feel it!" Peace said, charging up the thunder. "Let's do it!"
Both of them charged the Akanbe and gave him a powerful punch to the red rubber nose. Akaoni watched in amazement as the two worked together to beat down his Akanbe! How did they just get more pwoerful with every punch? Was he really losing his touch?
"No way! How did they get so powerful? What happened between those two?" He wondered aloud, his face sweating with fear. "Master Pierrot is not going to like this!"
"Time to end this!" Peace said, as the two made the Akanbe fall to the ground. Gelato grinned as she summoned her Candy Rod.
"I couldn't agree more with ya Peace. Let's crank up the power!"
Peace put two fingers in the air as an electric shock ran down her back. "PRECURE!" She then spins around with the lightning bolts circling her, concentrates the energy onto both hands in their peace signs. "PEACE THUNDER!" Then she unleashed the powerful bolts of lightning.
Gelato created an ice ball with her wand. "KIRAKIRAKIRARU!" Then she let the shards of ice to coalesce into a giant ice ball. "GELATO SHAKE!" She then repeatedly punches the ball with her ice-encased left fist, causing it to shatter and send shards flying at the target.
The attacks combine to form a barrage of electric shards of ice. The akanbe gets hit with these attacks as he denigrates into nothing. The two girls cheered loudly as they give each other a high five. Akaoni growled at them as he disappeared.
"You did such a great job! We should team up more often." Gelato said, jumping up and down. "Next time, we should bring the whole group to fight!"
"Yeah! Let's do this again really soon. Maybe we can team up again." Peace agreed.
Then the two spent the rest of the day talking about all their adventures and trading their hobbies. Yayoi got to sing a couple of songs with Aoi while she helped her find the perfect idea to draw.
The two walked around Precure Park with a new sense of vigor and moral until...
"This was a fun day! We should hang out again sometime." Aoi said, slinging her guitar case over her shoulder. "Wonder when that day will be."
"I'm not sure, but I want to go home and take a long nap after that fight." Yayoi yawned as she rubbed her eyes. "Let's just hope that nothing happens on the way home."
A loud explosion goes off behind them as they turn around to see a giant monster rampaging the city. Aoi slowly took out her Sweets Pact as Yayoi took out her Smile Pact. But a gloved hand stopped both of them as they looked to see six teens with attitude in colorful spandex and helmets standing behind them. Yayoi's jaw dropped at the appearance of them while Aoi gave them a weird look.
"Who are you guys?" She asked them, still confused at their sudden appearance.
"Who are we? Have you not been in Japan for a long time or something?" The green one said. "We are the Power Rangers!"
Yayoi squealed loudly at this. "Oh my gosh! You guys are super cool! Can I get an autograph?"
The red one patted her head. "No problem, as soon as we defeat this giant monster...."
"No! Allow us to defeat the monster!" They all turned around to see more spandex heroes. "I am Kamen Rider and this is my crew!"
"Wait...which version are you? Are you the new ones or the 90s edition?" Yayoi asked, her eyes swirling in confusion.
"Doesn't matter, we have more people to fight monsters like this." Kamen Rider said, looking at her. "So let a great team of spandex heroes fight this one."
"Are you a threat? Are you trying to make us mad?" Green Ranger said, going in his face. "Cause we can fight this right now!"
Aoi leaned over to Yayoi before the heroes were about to fight. "Are you sure these are the heroes you idolize so much?"
But Yayoi didn't hear her, she was too busy fangirling over the awesomeness of her two favorite series teaming up together.

2018 Grammy Awards Fashion Critique
The 60th Annual Grammy Awards tonight in New York gave us a lot to discuss. Following the Golden Globe's fashion black-out, color was certainly in full force tonight. Let's take a look at who rocked and who should have rolled up and went back home.
Best
Ashanti - I thought Ashanti looked like a stunning golden statue in this Yas Couture dress. Designed by Elie Madi and paired with Giuseppe Zanotti sandals, this outfit showcased Ashanti perfectly. Her hair and makeup were perfection. Now a lot of haters were tweeting about how the flashes from the photographers made the dress sheer, but if you got it, flaunt it. Best dressed female of the night.
Ne-Yo - Men's fashion often gets overlooked, however, the gentlemen certainly worked the red carpet this year. Ne-Yo's mustard yellow velvet smoking jacket demanded respect. He completed the look with a crisp white tuxedo shirt and a flat-brimmed hat. And of course, I love his suede Louboutins. His look was styled by Greyscale Goods - be sure to check them out. Best dressed man of the night.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
Lady Gaga - Gaga stunned in a nude lace and sequined body suit with ballgown bottom. The skirt had a high front slit and a 10 foot train. This imaginative Armani Privé look could have been the best look of the night if it wasn't ruined by her boots. Her hair and makeup matched the drama of her dress perfectly.
Cyndi Lauper - Cyndi looked brilliant in this cherub-print Moschino suit. The fit was bang-on. It was glamorous and cool enough to work on the red carpet. And I even loved how Cyndi streaked her hair to match. Loved it.
Zayn Malik - Zayn proved he was the main attraction in this Richard James rose-colored suit. The suit was tailored perfectly. The simple white dress shirt was fine but I would have paired it with a white v-neck shirt. He finished the look with camo-patterned socks and black loafers.
Anna Kendrick - In a sea of gowns, Anna stole focus in her checkered Balmain suit. The double-breasted jacket with oversized gold buttons was a clear throwback to the 80s. Paired with a sexy lace bodice from La Perla and powder pink pumps, this look could have easily failed and looked laughable. However, Anna made this look her own. Well done.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
Cardi B - Tonight was a huge night for Cardi B's career and she made the most of her moment on the red carpet. She looked angelic in this gown from Ashi Studios. The gauzy dress looked whimsical and light with a short front and long train. The jewelry and bling added to the look instead of distracting. And what better way to walk down the carpet than in Louboutins? Beyond all that, her makeup was fresh and she looked happy.
Rita Ora - Rita brought Hollywood glam to the streets of NYC in this Ralph & Russo Couture gown. While the dress's structure lent a futuristic feel, the black velvet trimmed in diamonds certainly made Rita look like a silent film star. Her gorgeous hair and dark red lip completed the look brilliantly.
Miley Cyrus - Miley doesn't always make it onto the upper half of this list but she looked elegant in this Jean Paul Gauthier velvet jumpsuit and matching capelet. It had just enough detail to be interesting while letting her hair and makeup steal the show. She looked pretty, happy and sweet. Conservative but badass.
Worst
Lana Del Rey - While LDR rarely impresses me with her fashion, I appreciate that she is now working with high-end fashion houses. However, even Gucci couldn't save her this time. This dress is ill-fitting and the color is too close to her skin tone. It totally washed her out - and there is no excuse for this since it was custom-made for her. I did enjoy the celestial headpiece though. Sorry Lana.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
Kelly Clarkson - I love Kelly and always hope she looks like the superstar she is. But lately, she has made some bad choices. First the dress fit her well. But the style of the dress would be better suited for someone twice her age. Kelly is nominated for Best Pop Song and not the Lifetime Achievement Award. It looked like it has a shawl wrapped around her. While Kelly is loyal to Christian Siriano, she might need to shake things up because this dress did her no favors. Her hair was messy and the new color washed her out. The makeup was too soft and gave her no definition. Kelly, call me and I'll hook you up with a few outfits.
Hailee Steinfeld - So close but not quite enough. Hailee wore a white strapless column dress and holographic purple boots - both by Alexandre Vauthier. The dress was boring but ok. The knee-high boots were laughable. And then to mix us up more, she wore a green/blue eyeshadow. Disappointing as Hailee usually makes us remember her for the right reasons on the red carpet.
Nick Jonas - Sometimes when you're hot, you can wear anything and look good. However, it doesn't mean that anything is appropriate. Nick Jonas was clad in a John Varvatos tweed overcoat and t-shirt. Nick has great style but this was just calling-it-in. Lazy.
Pink - Sometimes bad dresses happen to good people. This look from Armani Privé failed to hit the high notes. It made Pink look like a muppet. Purple, pink and blue feathers - oh my. The belt failed to accentuate her tiny waist because it was swallowed up by plumage. The ruffled top looked poorly constructed. And then she only appeared to be wearing one large black hoop earring??? On the positive side, her hair and makeup looked beautiful.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
Heidi Klum - Oops She Did It Again. Heidi came to yet another red carpet in just her bra and panties. But I have to give her the benefit of the doubt. It was held in NYC and it looks like she is still wearing a crinoline, so perhaps someone stole her dress, and this is what is left. If that wasn't bad enough, the earrings were monstrous. At the time of publishing, no designer was willing to take credit for this outfit. Worst look of the night.
Janelle Monae - I love Janelle and I love that she takes risks with fashion. I even loved this Dolce & Gabanna outfit...from the waist up. Janelle has a beautiful figure but the wide-legged trousers completely consume her bottom half. Even with all the embroidery and the ruffled shirt and the bling, I couldn't see past the excess fabric where her shoes should have been. Had the trousers been tapered in and cropped above the ankle, this would have been a WOW outfit. As always, her hair and makeup are among the best.
