Unfortunately I got sucked back into my yearly glee rabbit hole and am now thinking about Brittany's silent rage during the episode after Santana was outed. Not a single joke not a single smile everyone in that room was dead to her except Santana after that.

#Glee #Glee rambles #The thing is britt thrives on the goofy unreality and sitcom nature of glee. And so does Santana it's why Brittany fell for her #But she could also see that Santana needed more. And spent S2 trying to encourage her to become Real and Serious #Even though it's not her preferred comfort zone it's worth it to see Santana flourish and thrive #And then you had one of the most important Serious episodes in Santana's character arc #And they turned it into a half hearted feel good silly special instead of actually acknowledging anything #One of the few eps Brittany would have been down for serious talks #And she had to spend it in the choir room watching people sing Perfect by Pink to her gf who just got outed #She becomes so much more ruthless and casually cruel to everyone who stands in Santanas way after this #Including Santana herself at times lol #They failed to be Real People at one of the most crucial points for Santana and she gave up on all of them #Kind of loved the aftermath from a Brittany perspective mostly hated the ep from a writing perspective
