The official subreddit is definitely run by a dev or it's heavily biased towards certain stories, characters, and authors. And yeah as said in the comments the discussion reddit is MILES BETTER. Readers actually discuss things in a respectful orderly fashion and people don't get their comments deleted.

Not to mention a lot of the stories authors frequent the subreddit so some people feel like it's rude to critique their work and delete and down vote comments.

I think rc is by far the most generous app, and they’re very kind to their players but as consumers we should have the right to critique and give feedback. by making that the main sub, all they see is positivity and anything deemed remotely ‘negative’ (even if it’s warranted criticism) is removed. I’m not advocating for hate, but room for healthy discussion! How on earth can you make a change if the devs aren’t even allowed to see it? Idk if they’re so strict because it’s run by the devs or by someone who has made themselves the rc spokesperson but they need to get the hell of their high horse."
