Coucou tout le monde,

Aujourd'hui, j'ai le plaisir de vous partager une recette sans œuf. Elle s’appelle pains au lait moelleux.

J'ai trouvé cette recette dans le magazine gazelle cuisine (numéro 13 spécial datte).

J'ai décidé de la tester et de l'adapter à mon robot.

Je vous la recommande à 100 %... Cette recette est délicieuse et en plus très moelleuse. Vous m'en direz des nouvelles. Je vous laisse avec la recette et je vous dis à bientôt.

Les ingrédients :

250 g de farine

30 g de sucre

3 g de sel

190 g de lait

3 g de levure boulangère sèche

30 g de beurre

80 g de chocolat noir

1) Dans le bol du robot, mettez la farine, le sucre et le sel, mélanger 30 sec/vitesse 2.

2) Ajouter la levure et le lait puis pétri 2 min/mode pétrin

3) Ajouter le beurre pétri 4 min/mode pétrin. La pâte doit être lisse et souple, si elle n'est pas lisse et souple rajouter de la farine et pétrir 4 min/mode pétrin

5) Laissez la reposer 1h30

6) Dégazer la pâte forme 16 boules environ 31 à 33 g.

7) Vous pouvez les garnir avec du chocolat, de la confiture, de la compote ou nature. C'est comme vous le désirez. Pour j'ai choisi 8 natures et 8 chocolats noirs.

8) Beurrer ou l'huile un moule rectangulaire ou en cercle. mettre les boules dedans. Laisser reposer pendant 1 h 30.

9) Préchauffer votre four à 180 °C

10) Mettez-les dans le four puis baisser la température à 150 °c faire cuire entre 15 à 20 minutes. Vous serez que c'est cuit quand il y aura la couleur dorée dessus.

11) Attendez que ça soit refroidi pour faire la décoration. Moi, j'ai choisi mettre du chocolat fondu.

Je vous souhaite une bonne recette, vous verrez ces petits pains au lait sont bien moelleux. Vous pouvez les faire au robot à pâtissier ou à la main, c'est comme vous le souhaitez.

Si vous choisissez cette méthode, pétrissez plus longtemps pour que votre pâte soit bien souple et pas collante.
