So, a while back I randomly created a French organization for George to have a verse in. Thus the Fraternite was created. Then, recently @thehouseofthedead made those absolutely inCREDIBLE Ability User History posts and I dont have enough braincells for a France one at the moment but I wanted to bring my team into the rpc world. Also thank you to @straylcved for being moral support and I love your French kids too.

The Fraternite was founded by George Sand and Victor Hugo after they graduated from college, it original mission being, “To Help Each Other, To Help France, and To Help the World” Mainly they keep order within France and act as a resource for other French ability users if needed. But nowadays they are also trying to keep Agatha Christie’s well-manicured hands off the continent.

Known Ranking Members:

George Sand - Actual Leader (logistical leader according to Alfred)

Ability: Lucrezia Floriani - Creates mindless drone of the person that is affected hold dearest to them, she can control these drones and summon at them will

Has one brain cell that bounces around like the windows screensaver

Gathers intelligence as well as makes weapons

Alfred de Musset - Second in command (operational leader according to himself)

Ability : The Confession of a Child of the Century - Engulfs victim in their own emotions. They either get stunned temporarily or die.

Has one brain cell that zips around like an electron

Heads any in-field operations

Voltaire

Ability: Candide - Forces people to tell the truth but only in riddles 

The Gogol of the group which really is an insult to Gogol

Ability: Caretaker of Notre Dame - allows him to change architecture to as he sees fit (think the building scenes in Inception and Doctor Strange)

Went to boarding school with George, when they graduated he moved in to Nohant

Ability: The Princess of Montpensier - Her limbs can turn into plants at will
