Having Jotaro as f/o means constantly seeing people misscharacterize him to no end.
Yes, he can be sweet towards his partner(s), but that doesn't mean that you have to get rid of his whole personality and just leave him as a shell of what he really is.

Just pointing out that you absolutely ate with that tag.
There are people who genuinely like a character for how they’re written/characterized, and there are those who just like an idea of a character- a set of tropes or overdone fandomization they’d like to box them into. I see that happening to Jotaro a lot, and it can be so frustrating because it seems to come off as insincere or shallow.
And when you have a character as arguably interesting to dissect as Jotaro- it just hurts.
Having Jotaro as f/o means constantly seeing people misscharacterize him to no end.

#of course create and explore different aus/ideas for characters#not trying to be the fun police#but it gets to a point where you wonder why some of these people attatched themselves to a character in the first place#it’s like some people only want to see one thing.#i see it happen with kakyoin as well to an infuriating degree#jjba#jotaro kujo
