had an idea the moment I read this so I hope you enjoy and here goes...

Wild sat on the edge of the dining table in his own house in Hateno village. Rain was hammering down outside, thrashing against the windows so hard he was afraid they might shatter.

The chain had arrived late in the night after an ambush in the mountains. The bokoblins had taken them by surprise in the low visibility, even Twilight hadn't detected them in the storm. Wild had been leading the way along a path he knew well when a bokoblins wielding a large club smacked it into his ribs.

Wild didn't remember much of the fight that followed. He hadn't been able to get to his feet until Hyrule hauled him onto his shoulder and stumbled ahead. Once the bokoblins had been defeated they all made it down to Hateno mostly in one piece. However it was quickly discovered Wild's ribs were not.

He knew the house would be empty when they arrived, but there was no food, no firewood and no ingredients for healing potions. After Hyrule and Twilight had given him a quick look over the rest had gone into the village to get supplies. Leaving Wold, sitting on the table, alone and shivering. He glanced over at the dark hearth, the silent kitchen and listened to the rain.

Why had he taken them down that path in such a storm? It was reckless, if the path had been washed out in the rain more of them could have been hurt. All just to get to his empty house. It was a stupid decision, and Wold reminded himself of why he was not the natural leader of the group.

Wind: "Hello! Anyone alive in here?!"

Wind and Hyrule burst through the front door, a large crate slung between them.

Wild: "Just about. Where have you two been?"

He tried to get down from the table but something in his side twinged sending a shock of pain around his ribs. He was stuck where he was.

Hyrule: "We went to get firewood. The man in the store loaded it into a crate for us to keep it dry."

The boys explained as they carried the box towards the hearth and started pulling out firewood and kindling.

Wild: "I'm sorry the wood store was empty, I should remember to keep it stocked."

Wind: "It's no trouble. And with this storm we're probably going to be staying here a while."

Wild sighed, the optemism of his young companions was annoyingly infectious. A few moments later a spark fluttered into life and the wood in the hearth began to burn. The boys took off their cloaks and boots and hung them by the fire to dry. Wild was about to say something when the door opened again.

Legend: "someone order food?"

Wild: "Food? What food?!"

Wild's attention snapped to the door, causing him further pain he regretted instantly. Four, Sky and Legend waltzed in, dripping with rain.

Four: "Well since our cook is out of commission, we decided not to chance another of Hyrule's legendary dishes!"

Hyrule: "Hey! I thought you liked me stew?!"

Wind: "What gave you that impression?"

Legend: "Anyway, we went to the Inn and got their kitchen to prepare us some meals."

Sky: "Once you're healed up and the storm passes we can go out and look for more supplies."

Wild smiled at the thought of searching for mushrooms and hunting with the chain again. Legend and Four took out the neatly packed boxes of takeout, while Sky started filling up mugs of water for everyone.

The house was slowly starting to warm up again as the fire roared in the hearth and Legend started handing out the bamboo boxes stuffed with what Wild could smell was egg fried rice, wild greens and grilled meat. He wanted to eat badly but he could barely lift his hand to his face. He was concentrating on trying not to fall over or pass out from the flashes of pain coming from his ribs. He'd been hurt plenty of times before but something told him this was a bad one.

While the boys tucked into their meals Wild looked expectantly at the door.

Wild: "Where are the others? They didn't get lost in the storm did they?"

Sky: "Lost? No they went to do a perimeter check of the village to make sure there's no more monsters hiding in the storm."

As though they had heard them from outside, Twi, Time, and Warriors clattered through the front door, bringing in yet another deluge onto the doormat.

Time: "Hateno looks clear for now. The storm seems to be keeping the more intelligent monsters away."

Warrior: "I doubt they'll attack again while the paths are so treacherous."

Wild: "I'm sorry about leading all of you along such a dangerous path. It always used to be my quickest route here, I didn't think..."

Warrior: "Hey, don't worry yourself about it. No one got hurt... Well, no one else got hurt."

Twilight: "Speaking of which, I found some lizards hiding under a rock while I was scouting around, mashed up with these monster parts I made an elixer for you Cub.

When Twi used his personal nickname for Wild, everything seemed less dire. He smiled crookedly at Wild and held out the bottle of potion.

Wild: "Thanks, but, I don't think I can manage."

Twilight: "No worries, I got you. Hey Hyrule, think you can lend a healing hand."

Hyrule: "Sure!"

Hyrule picked himself up off the floor and joined Twi and Wild at the table. Meanwhile Time and Warrior shed their wet cloaks and helped themselves to the food on offer.

Warrior: "Hyrule didn't make this did he?"

Hyrule: "Hey! You're all terrible cooks too!"

Despite the cold and the wet soaked into their clothes they all fell about laughing. Even Wild managed a strained chuckle.

Twilight: "Now drink this and try to sit still, it will probably sting a bit for a while."

He laid a steadying hand on Wild's shoulder as he drank the foul tasting potion, while Hyrule did his best to fix Wild's ribs. It was not a pleasant sensation, but Wild could feel the rest of the chain watching, their sympathetic eyes on him, hoping for the best.

After a short while Hyrule drew back and told Wild to try standing. He moved slowly, testing his body before taking too big a leap. There was no twinge and very little pain. Only a light brushing down his right side, but that would fade eventually.

Wild: "Thanks guys, I'm just sorry none of this went to plan."

Time: "When does anything we do go to plan? Besides, we've got warmth, food and you're on the mend.

Twilight: "We're all safe, that's what matters."

Wild looked around the cosy living room, most of the boys were sat on chairs or on the floor around the fire. Wind was well on his way to falling asleep, so was Sky but that was hardly surprising.

Wild: "I guess I better go put on a shirt, then try and figure out where everyone's gonna sleep."

Not feeling well today. Some LU fluff comforting another who is sick or in pain.

Musician Recap 7-11

Fred (Cinderella) might want to revisit basic biology, mistakenly thinking for a moment men without uteri can get pregnant somehow. (Wouldn't that be frightening if we could tho? I feel ya Fred.) He also somehow lost his sister. So if you see a cute little girl who resembles Fred, please send her back to the Cinderella camp ASAP.

Snake and Rachel (Skid Row) got into it yesterday over a t-shirt of all things. Somehow Rachel managed to not give it back, and Snake was last seen trying to find a new one at Target to cut to shreds. Why? We never did find out.

Lars somehow lost James (Metallica) for a bit. No word on if he's been found. If you should see the tall frontman, please let his bandmates know as they are worried.

Lars (Metallica) also threatened to burn Junior (Megadeth), up until Razzle (Hanoi Rocks) helpfully suggested he sell Junior's organs, first.

Mark (Slaughter band) is traveling to L.A. to join in the shenanigans going on over on the West Coast. And was warned to bring extra t-shirts, there's a thief on the loose.

Tommy (Motley Crue) admitted his first meeting with Vince had him thinking dude looks like a lady.

Max Greenfield (Escape the Fate) has been adopted by Rachel (Skid Row). Bass Jr. is apparently making Bass Sr. very proud.

Eric (Cinderella) has no idea how to determine his blood type, and likely won't know because ew, needles.

Roger (Queen) was tricked into eating blue cheese, and feeling ill for it after, believing it to be rotten. (I'm not explaining how bleu cheese is made.)

Jani (Warrant)'s powers of perception continue to perplex, this time telling Kurt (Nirvana) a secret from his past.

A sudden 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴storm appeared over C.C. and Bret (Poison)'s place last night. Previous 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴storms may have produced a tiny weather front expected to join the world eventually.

A cute-front is blowing through musician land. Ringo (The Beatles) finding a pet name they enjoyed, but are too embarrassed to talk about. Steven (GnR) was all aglow, basking in the cute as he babysat Sadie. Eric (Cinderella) is basking in the cute, by having some of the best advice for any rockers crushing on other rockers.

Red flag fire warnings in the Motley Crue camp, as Nikki apparently set himself on fire by accident. He's totally fine though! Totally...
