The Black Ribbon - Casual Lolita for everyone

So The Black Ribbon specializes in lolita, but a lot of what’s on the site is actually just nice skirts and dresses. I’d wear that mint green skirt just out and about running errands with light colored tights and a t-shirt, but that’s me.
