My OC Rhagerys Targaryen with the two most important men in his life.

His cousin Aemond and his father Daemon. He loves them both dearly. But like any Targaryen it's not a normal/healthy love for either of them...

This wonderful art piece was done by the beyond talented @murmel-malt. They did such a great job at capturing the three of them. I especially love how Rhagerys is looking at Aemond. And how Daemon is so confidently aloof.

#The piece is like a duality to Rhagerys #On one side it is Rhagerys being grounded/safe (Aemond)#The way they hold each other's hands while being able to feel comfortable enough to do so #The way Rhagerys feels relaxed when looking at Aemond #The way he feels that everything will be alright as long as he has Aemond #The other side is him being controlled/subservient (Daemon)#The the little hints of dominance when it comes to Daemon with Rhagerys #I mean Daemon has his hand upon Rhagerys's shoulder closer to Aemond. When he could have easily placed it on the should closer to him #To me it's like Daemon is saying without saying 'I allow Rhagerys to be around Aemond in this way. Because in the end he is mine.'#I mean even Rhagerys's hand closest to his father is clenched instead of relaxed #That even though Rhagerys is looking at Aemond and feels at peace #There is always a feeling (physical or not) that it can so easily be taken away #I love how even in a calm setting Daemon has Dark Sister on his hip.
