A wildly personal list with various movies about catholics enjoying an healthy amount of realpolitik.

List crafted with care by someone who grew in Catholicstan (= Italy). Constantly updated. I already considered to put movies that expose the problems and crimes of the Catholics Church, but similar lists already exists and I'll maintain the line towards movies that are the most similar to Conclave and set in Italy, the further you go down the most the list will diverge from the subject, so It will be sadly euro-centric, but I can always change idea.

Also, I don't consider the Dan Brown universe heedworthy.
