Tohru being friends with Akito was one of the worst endings Takaya could have given her. And Takaya will always be hated by me for that.
It is disrespectful and insulting not only to Tohru's character but to the beautiful friendships she builds with the zodiacs. That plotline is deeply damaging to her character and that is why I don't consider it canon it adds nothing but negatives to Tohru and fuck Akito anyway she didn't deserve a friendship with someone who she treated so poorly she was straight up homicidal to her.
