Have I inspired any of my meager following to listen to The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway yet or do I need to post harder and more annoyingly
#It's my favorite concept album for sure and possibly my all time favorite album in general#Not every song is great (there's a couple outright flops imo) but it's an incredible piece of work altogether#The music kicking in on 'Fly On A Windshield/The Broadway Melody of 1974' is SOOO good the last two songs are SOOO good#'The Carpet Crawlers' is probably the best single song out of it like beautiful shit#There's a song where the guy has sex with three snake women and they bite him and die and then he eats their corpses. Etcetera!#I;ve wanted to use song lyrics from this album as a blog title. Probably 'We gotta get in to get out' which just sounds kind of stupid#out of context but it's so tru. We gotta get in to get out </3
