occasionally I doubt the validity of my eczema, until I am again reminded of the torment it puts me through whenever polyester exists within my vicinity.

like, wym normal skin doesn’t throw a toddler level temper tantrum when confronted with the wrong soap. Do you not occasionally get random hives from contact dermatitis?

I’m so familiar with my skin that I forget not every person can’t use face masks, or has to slather themself head to toe in lotion whenever it gets even slightly cold (a very specific lotion cause if it the wrong one WHOA BOY does it suck. Learned that the hard way)

Couldn’t wash my face with anything other than water for years until I found a very specific water based Korean face wash that is my only love in this life. I can only exfoliate like one or twice a week, and even that’s pushing it.

ECZEMA SUCKS! And I can’t believe I occasionally convince myself it’s not that bad.
