10 film (come il massimo di gif che si posso mettere in un post) più tante altre cose, fotografia, pittura, musica, cortometraggi e tutte in qualche modo "non convenzionali" tanto che il termine "lynchiano" è ormai di uso comune.

Pensavo che è anche grazie a lui che ho preso consapevolezza della mia passione per il cinema, quando nel 2007 (me pare) vidi per la prima volta Mulholland Drive (su Rai Movie) non capendoci quasi un cazzo, ma restando folgorato. La sera dopo l'ho rivisto e dopo di allora svariate volte ancora. Da lì la voglia di approfondire e quindi di studiare, insomma l'inizio di un percorso. Posso dire che David Lynch lo ha accompagnato fino alla fine, o almeno fino a una tappa importante. Mi mancherà.

1946 - 2025 🥀 David Lynch. Wow, what a blow to our world. I can hardly panthom it. My lack of words is how I experienced watching his work. But I think I understand his stance on society and surrealism and I embrace it. We can only hope others can follow in his footsteps 😞 R. I. P.

This is inspired by those old biblical triptych paintings. Ohhhhhh husbant.... Why is he like that. I tried to make it evident that he’s hidden from view beneath the wall and Sydney’s shadow, hopefully that comes across.
