It's for something incredibly stupid and ignorant he says about her hospital friends, the people who kept her company for the decade she was institutionalized. And then she forbids him from seeing Touya for a few days, so she can have her private time. Not only that, but a later chapter indicates that Keigo Takami completely supports her action too.
