WAIT WAIT WAIT luz got in the boiling isles at age 8 baby teeth are replaced from age 5 to 12-ish teeth are bones!!! (i am not saying i expect there to be a "grimwalker luz", but just saying, he wouldn't even need to ask for that bone lol)

Part of me wonders if the bone size/type affects the grimwalker in any way. BUT in all seriousness Belos wouldn't consider making a grimwalker of Luz UNTIL the end of season 1, and by then I don't think he'd be hoarding her baby teeth.

It's like, before season 1 Luz's humanity is more important than HER, and then post season 1 SHE is more important than her humanity. He wouldn't sully a human's humanity by making them a grimwalker unless he found the person themself more important than the human aspect. Same goes for Caleb in the end.
