I like the sims 4 well enough, but there's always the question of 'is the fun i have worth the annoyance at how shitty it can be?' and often the answer is yes. If I'm building, or looking to make a character, or I want something easy to do a quick challenge in etc etc etc

but I remembered I have alternatives yesterday and booted up sims 3. omfg. It's so much more fun to just play if you care about gameplay over building or cas. There's so much more to do when it comes to what I personally want out of gameplay.

I'll take the zombies on the fullmoon over the welcome wagon and constant people walking into my house to ask me questions or vampire attacks every day.

ive got a mod that lets you select a new lifetime wish immediately after completing one, I'm going to see how long and how many generations it's going to take me to complete them all. I'm going to move to the worlds related to them as I go, leaving a trail of long distance friends in the relationship panel. I've got some more career ones but then we reach gold digger and that's gonna be fun to do.

Current Household: The Barbie Legacy Challenge (The Baker Family)

After a one night stand with Don Lothario, Barbie was convinced he was the one. So, she left her large, wealthy, and very traditional family in Riverview to pursue a romantic relationship with Don in Oasis Springs... only to find he already lived with his girlfriend. To make matters worse, she shortly after discovered she was pregnant with his child, a baby girl she named Barbara.

Unable to return to her family due to having a child out of wedlock, Barbie was determined to make a life for herself in Oasis Springs, and she did. She made many good friends, and eventually met the REAL love of her life, Johnny Zest. Together, they made amends with their respective families (mostly), got married, and had two more children together, Midge and Allan.

Johnny is now a famous comedian and Barbie is finally the housewife she'd always dreamed of being, but her journey has made her realize that it's not the only path in life a woman can strive for. She hopes to inspire her children to aim high and follow their dreams, whatever they may be.
