B’s other friends also assume that Bibbity is not only dating Abra, they’ve been together for as long as they’ve known B. After all, Bibbity talks about Abra all the time, both glowing and affectionately annoyed.

A also does the same, but doesn’t realize it.

Cadabra makes an offhand remark that sends A into a tailspin. Ducky and Egg think “you know what there’s something there.”

They conspire to lock them in a room/closet together but how?

Alternatively: they get caught in the rain together and there’s just something about Bibbity looking like a drowned rat that makes Abra’s heart go pitter patter.
