Wolf Child (Linkpit family AU #11)

//I am back and ready for more writing everyone. I kind of took a long break but I have returned with a new part to the Linkpit family AU so enjoy with lil oneshot I wiped up. This AUU was made by me and my bud @l1nkp1t so go check out her stuff because she is amazing!// “Mum, ma, ma!”

Pit groggily opened his eyes. The first thing he noticed was the sun was only just starting to come up, giving the room a soft pale light. The second was his husband still sleeping heavily next to him unaware of everything. The third was his two year old toddler standing up in her crib looking over at him. Pit smiled softly and stole got out of bed and went over to Nim who was reaching up for him.

“Come here lil Dove.”

He yawned and picked the little girl up and began rubbing her back. The toddler hummed happily and snuggled into her mother's chest. Pit walked out of the bedroom and into the kitchen so he could get breakfast started for his family.

The angel set the two year old down in the living room connected to the kitchen. Nim immediately crawling over to her toy box. Pit giggled and started to pull out some eggs, bread, and fruit.

As he did this he wasn’t really watching Nim, having mastered seeing with his ears to figure out what his toddler was up to. He could hear her pulling her toys out until she squealed happily. Pit smiled realizing she must have found the wolf plushie Zelda had made for Nim on her last birthday. The little Hylian toddler adored that plush.

Pit continued to cook. He finished cutting up some fruit for his daughter and put it in a little bowl with a small slice of bread for her. It was then he realized Nim had been oddly quiet for a bit now. The angel raised a brow and walked over to the living room with Nims breakfast in hand.

“Dove? Nim sweetie are you-?”

Pit froze at what he saw. He eyes going wide and dropping the bowl on the floor.

The first thing Link heard that morning was Pit’s scream. The Hylian immediately jumped out of bed, grabbing the master sword on his way out of the bedroom. He found the angel standing in the living room with his hands covering his mouth and staring wide eyed at something. He was about to ask what was wrong and where Nim was until he spotted what his husband was staring at, His own jaw dropped.

There sitting in the living room was a wolf pup. One that looked just like him in his wolf form. It was small and was staring up at them with Nims plush in her mouth. That's when it hit the Hylian.

This was his daughter. Nim, his own flesh and blood had inherited his transformation ability.

Link let out a shaky sigh and then gently took Pit’s hand s in his and softly explained what had happened. This seemed to help the angel calm down. Pit went over to the wolf pup and gently took her in his arms.

“Peanut how will she turn back?”

That Link didn’t think about. He stood there dumbfounded. How was his toddler going to turn back, heck how did she even figure out how to turn in the first place? His best guess was to bring her to Zelda and see if the princess could do something to help. So after a quick breakfast and getting dressed into his green tunic and hat the Hylian picked up his wolf daughter and headed out. Promising his husband he’d be back with her soon.

Link rode to Castle town on Epona, Nim secretly held in his arm. He found Zelda in the garden and quickly explained to her what had happened.

“Let me see her.”

Link nodded and gently handed the Princess his daughter. Zelda held up her hand above Nim, a soft glow appearing around it then Nim. This continued for a few moments before Zelda handed her back to Link.

“It’s not temporary, like you she will be able to change back but she will have to do that herself. I cannot force it.”

Link nodded understanding. He thanked Zelda before heading back to Ordon. When he returned Pit was sitting outside waiting for them. He jumped up see them return, but his face fell once he saw Nim was still a wolf.

“Was she able to help?”

Link shook his head and told his angel what the princess told him. Pit sighed and nodded. Looks like all they could do now was wait, and wait they did.

For a good week Nim was in that form. One the first night Nim wouldn’t settle down and kept howling until Link turned and cuddled up with her. It was then that they realized that Link would have to stay in that form until Nim changed back to help their daughter.

So Link taught her all he could like how to eat, walk, and play. Playtime was Nims favorite and soon quickly became Links as well. The two would chase each other around or play tug-of-war with a rope. Pit couldn’t help but be amused by play timeout he did miss being able to communicate with his little girl. SO it was a big relief when she finally changed back.

Link and Pit woke up one morning to Nim shaking them awake wanting breakfast. The toilet had been sleeping with them in bed while in her wolf form so when Pit saw her back to normal he immediately took the child into his arms and started kissing all over her face making Nim erupt in giggles. Link turned back to his human form as well and held him family close relieved that things were back to normal…. for now that is.

Prayer (Linkpit Family AU: Ollie’s Arch #2)

//A.N. Once again another addition to the Ollie Arch of the AU. This is based off the spring cutscene memoir but it is changed up, roles and feelings are also different then in game. You have been warned.//

After her argument with the King Zelda and Link went to the spring of Wisdom. Zelda was quiet most of the ride there. Link knew she was greatly displeased with her father and also knew not to try and talk to her when she was upset like this. He knew he needed to let her think about this. When they arrive Zelda changed into a white dress and put on a gold necklace and bracelets which was part of the praying tradition. Link walked with her into the spring where a giant ancient statue of Hylia stood. He kept watch on the door to make sure nobody interrupted the princess while she prayed.

Yet once again nothing happened. Zelda exited the water and walked up to him. He turned but didn’t expect for Zelda to hit him. He could feel her shacking with tears. He frowned and held her close, not knowing what to say. After she calmed he led her to the little came they set up and he started to make them dinner.

Later that night Zelda sat up with a gasp, panting with wide eyes and a trembling hand on her chest. Feeling her heart race. She sighed shakily realizing it was all a nightmare. She looked around the room to see Link wasn’t there. The princess raised a brow and started to search for her knight. After a few minutes she found him at the spring that she was praying to just hours before. She noticed he was knelt down, his sword unsheved and resting in his hand. Link lifted his head and looked up at the sky.

“I’ve come seeking help, about this power I was born with. The power to help Zelda seal Calamity Ganon away…. or so my mother told me.”

Link was quiet for a moment.

“Yet mother could hear them, the voice’s from the spirit realm and she said father’s power would develop within me. But I don’t hear or feel anything. The king has told me time, and time again. He aways says ‘Quit waisting your time believing in false words!’” He looked down.

“…Curse him”

He stabbed the Master sword into the ground in anger. The very one his father wielded before him.

“I dedicated my life to becoming stronger. I silently dedicated my life to protecting Zelda and praying to my mother’s and this worlds goddess. Yet the power is still deaf to my devotion.”

Tears started to run down his face and Link wrapped his arms around himself.

“Please just tell me….what is it…. what’s wrong with me?!”

Face First (Linkpit Family AU: Ollie’s Arch)

Hey friends! So a few of you might know about my Linkpit Family AU with my friend @l1nkp1t . I decided to start a small Arch based off Ollie a.k.a BOTW Link. Who in the LInkpit Family AU is Link and Pit’s son. So here is the first of maybe many oneshots for this Arch. Enjoy!

“And stop following me!”

At the princess’ loud demand Link knew better then to follow after her, he quickly turned on his heels and went into the direct he thought Epona was in but ended up walking face first into a pillar. Zelda heard the thud and turned around again only to see him on his back in the grass clutching his nose. A pained noise escaped his throat. The princess speed over and helped him sit up.

“Did… did you just walk into that pillar?” She asked in shock. Link blinked a few times trying to get his bearings back before nodding, Zelda chuckled. “So much for a mighty hero.” Link gave her a glare before standing up. He turned a few times squinting his eyes as he looked for his horse. Zelda raised her brow in bewilderment as she watched him.

“Link what are you doing?”

“Nothing, just… going now.”

he started to walk in the complete opposite direction of Epona. Zelda knew then something was up. She quickly walked over to him and grabbed the blonds arm. “Link Epona is the other way.” She felt him stiffen and look down. She took him by the shoulders and turned him around, then cupping his face to make him look at her. She noticed his eyes not focusing on anything, in fact they looked almost… She gasped finally knowing what it was.

“Your partly blind aren’t you…?”

Link bit his lip and nodded lightly. This made sense to Zelda now, why he was treated differently from her and the other children when they were young. Link couldn’t see well. “How bad is it?”

“I… I can see but not well, everything is blurry… even you are.”

The Princess could only stare at him.

“How long?”

“How long what?”

She sighed. “How long has your eye site been like this?”

“Oh that…” He rubbed his head thinking. “I’m not really all that sure, from what Mama told me my eyes started to go when I was only a few months. I was born premature so that was a likely cause.”

Zelda nodded, her eyes wide as she absorbed all this information. She had no idea Link was born premature or that he had bad eye site. Heck, did her father even know? She sighed and stated to pull him in the direction of the horse, having him take the reins once next to Epona. Zelda thought about dragging Link back to the castle to tell he father about his disability, that way she would have time to herself and not have someone following around after her 24/7 while they looked for a new hero to replace Link. But another side of her realized in doing that it would make Link feel useless, who knows how much he would even be aloud to do if the king found out about this. Most likely wouldn’t even let Link be a knight like he wanted. Zelda frowned, knowing how people with any sort of blindness were treated. They were house ridden, never being aloud to be alone or do anything for themselves. She didn’t want that for Link. The princess sighed and grabbed the reins too, walking in the direction of another Shrine.

“Come on, follow me.”

Hold Your Color’s

// So this is based off my other oneshot ‘The Green Clad Guardian’ which was Link’s point of view so I decided to make one about what was going on in Pit’s head. Hope you enjoy. Once again this is part of my Linkpit family AU with @l1nkp1t //

Pit slammed the door to his room closed and went into the bathroom, locking the door. he turned on the shower and looked into the mirror and started to cry again. Why would they do that to him, he never did anything wrong. Most of the feathers had fallen off when he was running so he just stepped into the shower not bothering to take off his cloths, and sat on the shower floor and hugged his knees. Pit could feel his depression that has been developing for the past couple of months since the christmas party start to rise even more. Making him feel so small and weak that it hurt both mentally and physically. He didn’t know what to do… what they did was wrong and wasn’t nice… they deserved to PAY! Pit jumped at that thought. No it was wrong, he wasn’t that kind of person… yet the idea of getting back a them felt nice. Pit once again shook his head and held it. what was wrong with him? “It is them who are wrong Pit.”

The angel franticly looked around the room not seeing anyone. “H-hello?” He called in a shaky voice, hoping it was just his imagination. “They deserve to pay, those fools think they can do what ever they want just because they think their better then you!” Pit shook his head and turned the water off and stood up. “Because they are…” he mumbled. “NO!” The voice boomed scaring Pit. “THEY ARE NOT BETER THEN YOU, AND YOU CAN PROVE IT!” Pit whimpered and leaned his back against the shower wall. “But I don’t want to hurt anyone.” he whimpered and tried to get out of the shower only to trip and fall on this hands and knee’s on the tiled floor. He stared wide eyed at the floor, feeling this heavy feeling circling his head “But you won’t I will, just give me control, close your eye’s and sleep. Let me take care of everything.” Pit’s eye’s started to droop until a knock came at his door. “Pit are you ok?” He heard the worried voice of his goddess call. “Palutena…” Pit whispered sleepily. “Sleep now Pit~.” the voice purred and Pit’s reality melted away into darkness.

WAKE UP!!!!

Pit’s eye’s burst open. He let out a gasp in shock and sat up quickly from being awoken suddenly. He looked around but didn’t see anyone, in fact he saw nothing but pitch black darkness. Where was he? Pit gulped and stood up and tried to walk only to find his angel’s were shackled to the ground. “W-What’s going on?” He asked shakily in fear. “You gave me control don’t you remember?” Said a deep echoy voice. “Who are you?” He asked looking around but not seeing anyone. “You should know Pit, I am the one who took over your goddess in the first place.” Pit gasped. “The Chaos Kin…” The vice laughed evil. “That’s right Angel and know I will take my revenge on your world. Then i’ll devour even other wold as well. Especially your little crushes.” Pit went stiff. “Don’t you dare.” He breathed. “Watch me.” Pit balled his hands until his knuckles went white. “Just you wait i’ll take control of myself again!” He yelled. The creature was quiet for a moment. “You think so?” It asked and Pit nodded. “Heh…HAHAHHA, NO YOU WON’T JUST LOOK AT YOURSELF!!!” Pit’s brow’s frowned for a moment before looking back down and gasped. He was failing, well mainly his color. It was dripping off of him like wet paint. “N-no…” he started to cry. He lifted his hands and caught the dropping color as it fell away from him.

“Your weak angel, this is what happens when I take control of people who are mentally weak. The fad quickly and soon you won’t care anymore and stop fighting, and when that happened I will devour your soul and your body will be my new vessel forever!” Pit sunk to his knee’s wide eyed. The Chaos Kin was right. He was too weak to fight back just look at him, he was already fading away…

So he sat and waited. He curled up in a ball, hugging his leg’s close to his chest and burying his face in his knee’s. No one was going to save him. If what the Kin said was true and he was going to try and devour all the worlds the other Smasher’s were going to kill him. He would be dead soon. That thought alone was enough for him to loss all hope. He felt his emotion’s drift away from him until all he felt was vast emptiness in his heart and mind. His tear stopped and his face was dull and none expressive. His wings sagged behind him. At some point the kin opened up his mind enough so he could hear what was going on in the outside. he could hear scream’s of fear and pain coming from the human’s in his world. yet he didn’t feel any remorse or sadness. But then something happened. The Kin started to chase after Pittoo who had appeared. He could hear the chase then silence until suddenly…

“Well to tell the truth i’m surprised your here and not checking on your own world…” Someone was there in his world that wasn’t supposed to be, was it one of the Smasher’s who came to kill him? “Link.” Pit’s eye’s went wide for a moment. Link… was the one who was going to kill him. Oh how ironic was it that the one who he loved was going to be his demise. His mind then started to shack and the Chaos Kin let out a streak of pain. Did… how did Link know it was the Kin and not him?!

…. Dark Pit of course.

“Heh…So… you want to fight. Alright. THEN COME AT ME!” He roared. Pit could only listen to the fight. It went on for what seemed like forever until the Kin spoke again. Look at you, it’s amazing your not dead yet. But let’s just take care of that shall we?” Was he abut to kill Link?!

“When I see your smile Tears run down my face I can't replace…”

Pit’s breath hitched. Link… Link was singing to him… and it was beautiful.

“Now that I'm strong I have figured out How this world turns cold And it breaks through my soul and I know I'll find deep inside me I can be the one.”

Pit started to feel something in his heart again. It was love. The angel stated to feel something wet drip down his face and slowly reached up. They wear tears. He was crying again.

“I will never let you fall I'll stand up with you forever I'll be there for you through it all Even if saving you sends me to heaven

It's ok It's ok It's okayayay…”

What was link trying to say? Was he… no there was no way! Yet hope was starting to come back into his heart, color retuning back to him slowly, and a light was forming in the darkness.

“Seasons are changing and waves are crashing and Stars are falling all for us Days grow longer and nights grow shorter I can show you I'll be the one

I will never let you fall I'll stand up with you forever I'll be there for you through it all Even if saving you sends me to heaven 'Cause you're my You're mine My true love My whole heart

That did it. Pit stood up and broke the chains that was keeping him prisoner and as he ran for the light the Chaos Kin roared in anger.

“Please don't throw that away 'Cause I'm here for you Please don't walk away and Please tell me you'll stay~”

Pit felt himself gaining control again. His vision cleared up enough to see Link take one final shot with an arrow to disconnect the Kin from him. He then felt extremely weak, the Monster had already taken so much of his energy and the last thing he remembered before falling into darkness was Link catching him in his arms.

When Pit woke up again he felt someone gently pushing his bangs back. He blinked his eye’s open to see Link sitting next to him. “Morning pretty bird.” Link smiled and Pit blushed and leaned into the blonds touch. “You saved me…why?” He breathed making Link chuckle. “Because I love you and I wouldn’t have forgiven myself if I lost you to that monster.” Pit reached up and held Links hand. ”You really mean that?“ He asked as tears built up in his ocean blue eyes. “Does this answer your question?” Link asked and Leaned in to gently kiss the angel who immediately kissed back. Even though it was short it made both of their hearts flutter. “Defiantly!” Pit smiled and Link laughed, pulling back in for another.

Don’t Let Me Down ( Part. 1 )

//Another oneshot from me and @l1nkp1t Linkpit Family AU. Warning this oneshot part contains blood, violence, and character death you have been warned.//

Crashing, hit a wall Right now I need a miracle Hurry up now, I need a miracle Stranded, reaching out I call your name but you're not around I say your name but you're not around

It was one of those rare quiet days in the Smash Manor and Link and Pit were using that time to their advantage. They were outside at the ocean walking on the board walk, Link holding pit’s smaller hand in his as the angel walked on the railing. He talked happily while Link just listen with a content smile, nodding and humming in agreement when necessary. “So we have a match against each other tomorrow.” He said and Link looked up at him and smirked. “ Why are you smiling at me like that, don’t get cocky now either of us could win ya now.” Pit pouted and Link chuckled with a nod before pulling Pit down from the railing and held him bridal style. “But you’d will still love me even if I win?” Link asked smugly and Pit rolled his eye’s and nodded. “Of corse I will, how can I not after everything we’ve been through together.” He said thinking back to the insistent with the Chaos Kin back before him and Pit were together. Pit saw the look on his face and gently kissed his lips. “Link I’ve told you before, if it wasn’t for you I would still be under that monsters control, you saved me. Your my hero and you could never let me down.” For some reason those words Pit said made something in his chest twist in an uncomfortable way. Why? He did no know.

“Link…?”

He heard his angel call to him and he looked at Pit. “Yes love?” He asked snapping out of his daze. “You suddenly went pail are you ok?” He asked the Hylian worriedly and hopped out of Link arms and gently placed a hand of the blonds forehead. “I’m fine. Don’t worry about me let’s just head back and get some rest for the battle tomorrow.” He smiled lightly. Pit looked at him suspiciously for a moment before nodding and gently taking Link’s hand when it was offered to him. They made their way back to the manor and Link walked Pit to his room and they stopped right outside the door, Link gently holding both of Pit’s hands in his and kissing them gently. “I’ll see you tomorrow Dove.” Link smiled and Pit kissed his cheek. “See you tomorrow Peanut.” Pit said sweetly before going into his room.

The next day they met up in the dining hall for breakfast with their friends before heading to the training yard to warm up before going to the battle arena. They both stood on opposite ends of the arena, Link standing with Zelda and Pit with Lady Palutena. Then the battle began. It started off with sword to sword combat, Pit taunting Link, gaining a snicker from the Hylian. Pit flow up in the air shoot light arrows and Link who used his unbreakable Hylian shield to block the impacts. He then dodge rolled before throwing his boomerang at the Angel. Clipping his wing and causing him to lose the power of flight. Though before Pit could hit the ground Link pulled out his hook shot and Grabbed Pit. It was meant to just grab the brunette and pull him over to him but something went wrong and when it grabbed Pit it swung him to hard causing the hook shot to open up and for Pit to land hard on the ground and tumble a few feet before stilling on the ground. Everyone in the stands stood up in shock, screams and gasps of shock and worry rang. Link dropped the Hook shot and started to run over to Pit, who started to sit up but as he put weight on his right arm he let out a scream of pain causing Link to freeze on the spot. Robin, Corrin, Dark Pit, and Palutena ran over to the injured angel. Robin gently took Pit arm in his hands and examined it, making Pit whimper out in pain as tears ran down his flushed face. “This is bad we need to get him to Doctor Mario ASAP!” Link could only watch with wide eye’s as Corrin and Pittoo helped Pit up and the 3 of them lead Pit out of the Arena. Palutena went up to Link but before she could say anything Link took off in the other direction, running past Zelda who tried to stop him. Confused Chatter could be heard throw the crowd.

Link ran to the shore and looked out at the blue ocean, tears ran down his face. He couldn’t believe it he had hurt his angel, the love of his life. Pit trusted him and look what he did! His hand went up to pull at his hair in anger. He then felt like he was being watched. He slowly turned his head to see the golden spirit wolf sitting a few feet away. Link wiped away his tears and hesitantly walked up to the wolf. When he only stood a few inches away the Wolf mortified into the familiar form of the Hero Shade who had trained him during the Twilight Invasion. “What are you doing here?” Link asked confused. “We need to talk, I saw what happened.” The blond winched and looked down. “I-I didn’t mean to hurt him… I love him.” The hero shade looked at him for a long moment before speaking again. “So did I.” Link looked back up at him confused. 

The hero shade removed his helmet and instead of the face of a skeleton it turned into the face similar to his. The face of the Hero of Time. Link’s eye’s wet wide and he backed up a step. “H-How?” He asked in a mix of shock and confusion. “The other Link look down sadly, the grip on his heat visibly tightened. “I knew Pit as well, when he was still human. We were in love just like the two of you but… i’m also the reason for his death.” Link sucked in a hard, shaky breath. He had… he was the reason for Pit’s death?! “I know this must be hard to hear but I need you to listen.” He held out his hand to the current Link. “Take my hand and i’ll show you.” He looked at the hand of the hero of time and hesitantly took it. The scenery around him then changed. Link now was in a green field and standing in front of him was Pit only he was older, around 16. He was a few inches taller then he was now and is hair was a bit longer and up in a short Pony tail. He wore a white tunic with gray-blue paints that stopped a bit above his ankles, and sandals. he turned his head looking right at him and smiled. That smile and his bright blue eye’s were the same as they were now.

Another boy then appeared from behind Link. He looked like the Hero of Time but young, around 18 and he wore green like Link. “I’m sorry i’m late love, I hope you weren’t waiting long.” he apologized, gently taking Pit’s hands in his own and kissing them softly. “Nope only a few minutes.” Pit smiled and kissed his cheek. “Now what is it you wanted to show me Hero?” He asked excitedly and the other Link chuckled. “Patience Icarus, well need to take Epona to get there.” Icarus… Pit’s name used to be Icarus. Icarus let out a sigh and nodded. “Ok lead the way.” Link lead him over to Epona and helped him on before getting on himself and steering the horse away from the field. The scenery then changed again. It was dark except for the moon shining high in the sky. They had made their way to the top of a mountain, Link helped Icarus off Epona and lead him over to a tree. “Remember this place?” He asked, smiling at the brunette. “Ya, this is the place we first met. You saved me from a pack of wolves.” 

Icarus walked over to the tree and touched a place on the bark. “It still has the arrow holes.” He said more quietly. “Why did you want to bring-“ He stopped when he turned around to see Link down on one knee. His eye’s went wide. “I brought you here because it’s the place where I met the love of my life and the angel I want to spend the rest of my life with.” The Hero pulled a silver ring with a emerald out of his pocket. “Icarus will you do me the honor of marrying me?” He asked nervously, sweet clearly seen on his brow. Tear filled the brunette blue eye’s but he was smiling. “Of course I’ll marry you!” He cried. Link smiled and stood up, gently sloping the ring onto his beloveds finger then pulled him into a kiss.

“Link will you promise me something?” He asked after they broke the kiss and leaned his forehead on Links. “Anything my love.” He whispered. “Please promise me you’ll never let me down.” Link opened his eye’s and looked into Icarus’s and gently cupping his cheek. “I swear on my life.” Icarus smiled brighter and hugged him tightly. Link closed his eye’s once again and held the younger close. “Well, well what do we have here?” The blonds eye’s flew opened and they turned to see a gang of bandits walking over to him, the leader smirking. “The Hero of Time and his new little finance.” He hissed making Link tighten his hold on Icarus who eye’s were full of fear. “What do you want?” Link growled. The bandit leander smirked and snapped his fingers signaling his goons to take out their weapons. “To see you fall.” The leaders goons started shooting arrows at the two lovers. Link quickly went to reach for his shield but realized he didn’t have it and his sword was attached to Epona’s saddle. 

He did the next best thing and used himself as a human shield to protect Icarus as they ran, making sure the brunette stayed in front of him so he did’t get hit. luckily the bandits had horrible aim so the arrows only gazed his skin. Sadly the two of them weren’t watching where they were going because they kept looking back at their attackers that they didn’t see that they were running towards a cliff until it was too late. They let out scream in shock as they fell. Link luckily did have one thing on him, and that was his claw shot. He wrapped his arm around Pit’s waits tightly and shot the claw shot at a root that was sticking out of the rock. It attached and their they hung in midair. They both looked at each other wide eyed before they started laughing. “Oh good Hylia that was a close one.” Link chuckled and Icarus nodded wth agreement. “It was a good thing you had that on you.” The brunette smiled. “HERE DID THEY GO?!” They both gasped hearing the bandit leader yell out then looked over the cliff then down at them. “Oh their you two are, having a nice hang I see.” He let out a sickly laugh making the two teens gulp. “Well i’m going to give you this little warning just to be nice” He leaned down a bit and smiled evil. “It’s about to get rocky.” He then stop up straight as the goons started to throw rocks down at them and they weren’t small either.

The pelting of rocks lasted for minutes. They kept their heads down so their faces wouldn’t be hit but the rest of them were already covered in cuts and bruises. Suddenly the rocks stopped coming. Link opened his eye’s and looked up to see if they were gone, only for a sharp rock to hit him in the eye. He let out a scream of pain, feeling blood already start to run down his cheek. His hold on Icarus had loosened making him fall. Link quietly regained his senses and grabbed his hand. icarus looked up at him in fear. “L-Link…” He cried out shakily. “I got you, you won’t fall I promise1” Link tried to calm the other down but tear already started to fall down the brunette face. Link looked around with one eye the best of his ability to try and find ledge he could get Icarus on but their was only loss jagged rock. Since he was so distracted trying to find A safe place to get Icarus he didn’t see the giant rock one of the bandits throw down until it fell past him, Link seeing it out of the corner of his good eye and a loud sickening thunk could be heard. Link hesitantly looked down at the brunette and let out a cry of fear. The younger teen hung their unmoving, a giant gash on his head and blood gushing out of it. I-Icarus…” Link was sonly able to speak out, seeing the lifeless look on his face. His face already had grown pail. “N-NO please no!” The hero cried. He could feel the brunette hand slipping out of his slowly and their was nothing he could do when he started to fall and disappeared into the fog.

The scenery once again changed. The current Link stood in the middle of a white room, tear running down his face having had witnessed the death of Pit. The Hero of Time stood their, his arm slowly falling to his side and looked at Link with his one good eye. He slowly walked up to him and hugged the other. “Please don’t let him down like I did…” Was the last thing he said before adding away and Link found himself back on the beach.

Hearts Day

// Here’s my contribute to valentines Day for the Linkpit fandom and another oneshot for the Linkpit family AU with @l1nkp1t. Corrin is from Fire Emblem Fates and is a DLC you can download in smash bro’s so that’s why he’s there. ENJOY!!! ///

Valentines Day, the time of the year where couples exchanged love for one another and new love started to bloom. Everyone was in good moods and making planes with their special others. It had also been a month since the whole Chaos Kin incident and everyone was still a bit weary of Pit all but for his new boyfriend Link who had been taking very good care of the angel. Pit was still recovering from the the possession and from his depression which people only found out about after the whole ordeal when Pit explained how the Chaos Kin was able to take control over him so easily. Doctor Mario told Pit to stay out of any fights until he was recovered, the angel had cases of dizzy spells and he was having horrible nightmares of destroying the worlds and it kept him awake at nights, to scared to sleep. On though’s nights Link would wake up to Pit coming into his dorm and crawling into bed with him which he didn’t mind at all. Knowing Pit needed the comfort of another. Most people still stayed away from him though except a few people who wanted to actually get to know the angel and be friends. Robin and Corrin had walked up to Pit one day out in the guardian and asked if he wanted to hang out. Pit was so surprised that it took him a whole minute to respond and since then the 3 of them become good friends much to Link and Plautena’s relief. Dark Pit sometimes hung out with them too when he wasn’t in such a gloomy mood. Today Link was trying to think of what to do for his angel for Valentines day since this was going to be their first one and Pit really needed the love at the moment. The other night his nightmare had changed from destroying the other Smashers worlds to killing them. It made Pit go into a panic attack and it took Link, Robin, Corrin, Pittooo, and Palutena to calm him down enough to get him down to the infirmary. And that’s where the angel was now, passed out with a light fever. It hurt Link so much to see his angel in this state and just wanted to find a way to bring Pit back to his normal, happy self again and not be tortured by these horrific nightmares.

Link sat down on an old leather couch in the main living room in the manor to think. A sigh excepted his lips as he looked up at the ceiling. “You ok?” Link jumped and looked over to see Robin sitting on the other side of the room with a book, he didn’t even notice the Tactician was there! Link looked at him wide eyed for a moment before closing them and shrugging them. “It’s about Pit isn’t it.” He asked and Link nodded looking down then explaining how he was having a hard time trying to think of a good Valentines gift for Pit. Robin nodded and closed his book before walking over to sit next to the Hylian. “Hm… maybe you could give him flowers, i’m sure he’d like that. And maybe some chocolate.” Link nodded stroking his chin and quickly stood up and thanked Robin before running to his friend Zelda’s room and knocked. The princess opened the door and smiled. “Hello Link, you need something?“ She asked and Link asked her if she knew a good place to get chocolate. The princess thought for a moment before telling him to go to Peach. Link then went to her room where she gladly told Link a cue little candy shop down the road and to go there. He thanked her and changed into some casual wear before heading into town and finding the Candy Shop that Peach told him about. He walked in and his jaw dropped seeing all the different types of Candies. But his intension were on chocolate… but then a problem occurred to him. WHAT KIND OF CHOCOLATE DID PIT LIKE?! Link bit his lip in thought before he felt someone tap his shoulder and he turned to see Corrin also in casual wear. “Hey, Link didn’t expect to find you here.” 

The prince smiled. Link raised a brow and asked why he was there as well and Corrin blushed. “I’m picking something up for my boyfriend… your see he’s coming to visit today.” Link smiled and nodded, but then a realization came to mind. He quickly asked Corrin if he knew what kind of chocolate Pit liked and the prince nodded. “Ya, he mentioned it once, i’m pretty sure he said he likes milk and peanut butter chocolate.” Link let out a sigh of relief and thanked him. The two of them found what they needed and walked out of the store together. Link carrying a small box while Corrin held a bag full of chocolate covered Almonds that was tired with a red bow. “I hope Niles likes these.” Corrin mumbled and Link patted his back in support. Before heading back to the manor they made a quick pit stop at a flower stand where Link picked up a dozen white Roses. 

As the two of them walked into the manor they saw people making their was out with their special other for a date and also people meeting people from their world who had come for a visit. They smiled seeing Robin being held by his husband Chrom, in his hand he held a small bag of heart shaped candies and a blush coving his face. The two split up to change back into their regular outfits before making their way back down to the entrance. Link decided to wait with Corrin until his boyfriend got there. “You don’t have to stay here, don’t you want to go see Pit?” He asked and Link nodded but explained that Corrin looked really nervous and needed company. Corrin took a deep breath trying to calm himself down, just then the door open and a man with white hair and an eye patched walked in. A big smile spread across Corrin’s face and he ran up to the man who had a big smile on his face when he spotted the prince and picked Corrin up and spun him around. The man gently put Corrin down and the prince handed the other the bag of Almond’s and he smiled happily excepting them.

Link made his leave and headed to the infirmary, he walked into Pit’s room to see him awake and watching TV. He chuckled as Pit saw him and quickly turned the TV off and the Hylian sat down on a chair next to the bed. He handed Pit this gifts and the angels eye’s lite up union seeing them and smiled. “Link their beautiful!” Pit smelled the flowers  and leaned over to put them in a vase next to the bed and tried to sit up only to struggle. “I-I have something for you too.” He said but Link saw how shaky Pit still was and motioned for him to lay back down and that he would get it. Pit nodded and pointed to a pink box on a table. Link went over and picked it up before going back over to sit on the bed next to Pit who had scooted over for his boyfriend to sit with him. Link settled down on the bed and open the box only to smile. Inside was a bunch of heart shaped M@M chocolate Chip cookies, he leaned over and placed a kiss on Pit’s cheek in thank you. He then motioned Pit to open his present and the angel did excitedly. His eye’s went wide once it was open, inside was a big peace of milk chocolate shaped like a peace of heat and on the lid of the box it said…

“I wouldn’t mind giving you my whole heart this Heart Day.”

Tears filled Pit’s blue eyes as his hand flow up to his mouth, and he slowly looked at Link who just smiled lovingly at him. “And I will everyday.” He said and for the first time in months a really smile appeared on Pit’s face, one that lite up the room. Link pulled Pit into his arms and held him tight not planing on letting him go anytime soon. He loved this angel and knew right then and there he wanted to be with him for the rest of his life.
