helo i can't fall asleep so i post on tumblr cuz vpn not working and husband is asleep so

trying to think about my favorite critters to distract myself from horrifying ordeal of existence

some of the critters i have fallen in love with over the years away from tumblr:

moths

frogs

slugs/snails/nudibranchs and other gastropods

shrimp/crabs

owls and nightjars

cuttlefish and other cephalopods

cetaceans in general

arachnids and arthropods in general tbh

moss and mushrooms (the "you cannot kill me in a way that matters" meme lives in my head rent free forever)

snakes and lizards and shit is basic but like, good vibes

anything aquatic tbh, just makes me happy

especially deep sea shit!!!
