Solomon’s Cross Saga - Gospel of Tyranus Arc

Prologue: An Overseas Adventure Begins - The_country_of_magic.

Kamijou Touma turned in the 'bed' that had been his ever since Index had appeared in his life but the only thing that came to his mind was the fact that it was so comfortable. It was a thought that truly sent a shiver up his spine (something that not only attributed to the cold tiling) at how he had gotten used to it. What was left after that anyway!? He felt that all he needed to master was sleeping on no surface at all and then standing up with his eyes open and then he would be able to sleep through thick and thin.

But perhaps the scary thing was that he actually thought that there were situations that he might have to resort to that.

"-uma."

"-ama!"

"-ahhhh."

"-ous?"

Kamijou turned in his 'bed' as soft sounds entered his ears. He was tired, more so than usual and there was a perfectly good reason for it.

Given the disaster that Aogami Pierce and Tsuchimikado Motoharu had put him through, there was an everlasting feeling of guilt in his heart regarding what had happened during the pool incident that had happened yesterday. Personally, it had been the fault of that bastard who had sent the notes at the end so he had tried to all ends to hunt them down so that he could beat the crap out of them but to no avail.

-ouma!"

"nii-sama!"

"-yahhhh."

"-culous. Oi, you midget. Get that thing in front of you and pour it on his face."

"I'm not a midget but here we go!"

Kamijou truly wished that he would have a greater chance to have a good night's sleep however a sudden scorching liquid as poured on his face, causing him to yelp in pain as he rolled of the side of bed.

Normally, given that he was sleeping in his bathtub, the only that he would have endured was perhaps a light wound on the head from hitting the side of the tub however his body strangely seemed to pass through that very wall and fall off the side of the 'bed' that he was before he floated in the air for a moment before smashing onto the ground.

"WHAT THE-!? What the hell is this!?"

Kamijou let out that yell as he opened his eyes however immediately found himself stopping all thoughts as he looked around the scenery that he found himself in, one thing coming to mind.

This...was not his dorm room.

In fact where was this?

He was in a corridor that was long, chairs placed on both sides of the corridor however only those that were in the right side were filled. The floor was carpeted with red and small windows covered the sides of the walls that seemed narrow and Kamijou was sure that if he jumped up, he would be able to touch the roof with relative ease.

His thoughts began to wander however a burning sensation that covered most of his face immediately brought him back to where he was placed.

"Oi! What did you put on me?! This smells like…..cream soup!? Which one of you-MIYUKI! What are you think you're doing to your brother!?" yelled Kamijou before he dealt with any other issues.

"I-It wasn't me Nii-sama!" stuttered Sakatsuki Miyu in a panic despite the fact that in her hands was a small bowl of what looked as though had steaming cream soup on the bottom. It seemed as though the white of the cream soup did not serve to stain Kamijou's clothes much, apart from the blue sleeves and the brown pants that he was wearing.

"The hell it wasn't! Where did you even get that?! I don't need to have a great deduction to tell that the criminal was you!"

Kamijou frantically started to rub his face on his clothes, thankful that he had managed to get the smell from the rubbish tip out during his shower earlier in the day.

"N-No, it was Othi-chan's idea! Othi-chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan…"

Miyu whined as she looked down to her lap, an annoyed voice coming from her lap in the process.

"How many times have I told you to not call me that!? Do you think it's amusing to laugh at the name of a former god?!"

Miyu let out a small chuckle as she lifted up the small form that was in the chair that she was on, something that had the back laid flat like the one that Kamijou now saw that he had been sleeping in.

The annoyed face of the once Magic God Othinus was lifted up in Miyu's arms much like a small doll and the struggling that Othinus was doing seemed to suggest that the position that she found herself in was hardly one she liked.

A light sigh came from one of the seats in the place they were in.

It came from a beautiful young woman with golden hair, wearing a dress that truly showed she was among the upper class, accompanied by none other than her partner in crime, Bowen Chuuno.

They were all on what was clearly a plane of sorts, one of the super sonic planes that was developed by Academy City. It flew at speeds so fast, that they could get from Japan to Europe in mere 3 or so hours.
