Okay, let me fuckin de-ruffle my wings before I get into this cos holy fuck.

*De-ruffles my wings* Ok, done! Now, holy fuck. I didn’t think I’d actually get to reading it, but I did, and I loved it. What did I read, you ask? Well, I read The Wicked + The Divine, a comic series about twelve gods who after nintey years reincarnate as pop stars and die in two years. The storyline was exciting and interesting, and everyone was hot as hell.

My boy, Baphomet, though? Fucking snack. Y’all know how much I like the Brits, but if he was on a game of fuck, marry, kill, I’d be havin’ this man’s kids. He also reminds me of Crowley from Good Omens and now his voice headcannon is David Tennant cos yes. He’s a badass who honestly deserves better cos he was abused, and I almost cried when he died. Every scene with him, I loved, and it was cute how he found a family in the extra Christmas comic. I love the goth vampire god daddy.

Amaterasu was my favorite character overall mainly cos she was really cute to me(definitely not the fact that she can make someone instantly n u t just by looking at them hahaaa. Unless-👀👀👀👀) But in all seriousness, she was a very adorable and unique character, and I was sad when she died. I’m glad they brought her back in the extra comic where they showed everyone during Christmas.

Sakhmet had a face that reminded me of Doja Cat with the personality of a feral catgirl. Well, she was a catgirl, but overall, she was hella fiesty. And she’s bi! I’d give her many headpats and catnip. It’s great to be a cat person UwU.

Baal was if Thor was black, but I like how they gave him flame powers, it was a nice touch. Everyone in this story is English(everything happens in England), so his voice headcannon is Idris Elba or Will Smith.

Dionysus was fucking amazing, and I loved every scene with him in it. The scenes with the raves and the battle with Ananke was full of color and excitement and I loved it. I also loved the rainbow whip weapon he had(probably knunchucks but I kinda see it as a whip too.)

Inanna is an icon, and I love him He reminds me of Prince, but with 100% more flamboyance. And him and Baal were actually together at one point. I love the star bby UwU.

Laura(Persephone) honestly deserved better, and I get why she was so mad at Anakhe. I’d be miffed too if after I was turned into a god, my family was killed and my house burnt down. And she got with Baph and Baal. One lucky woman.

Anakhe is a bitch and I’m glad she died.

Woden can go choke and I’m also glad he died.

Lucifer was fine as fuck, and she deserved better. A lot better. She didn’t deserve to die, and I wanted to see more of her in the later chapters. 100/10 for the stronk demon woman who can crush me.

Minerva was baby and she deserved better. I don’t like how they made her into a villain near the end.

The Morrigan? Mm..I used to like her, but we later find out that she abused Baphomet so she’s a bitch. she was cool before, but after I found that out, I hated her.

The Norns carried chaotic energy, and I stand for that.
