Medical Marketing Assistant/Personal Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant/Personal Assistant you will have 3 different main tasks.

1. Marketing part

– You will translate (FR-DU) leaflets, sales book, nexsletters, website etc.

– You are the one who is following budget regarding samples, marketing & communication leaflets stocks etc.

– You order the samples (medical and cosmetics one)

– You send the orders to the client

2. Detailing part

– You manage and do some resume of the sales in general in the company (with your manager)

– You are in charge ofcreatingthe description ofeveryproducts

– You are making some enquiry regarding the results of the Sales and Marketing team

– You organise the big events of the company (from A to Z, 4 times/year)

3. Personal Assistant part

– You are managing the agenda of the Pharma Director

– You help her for every needs she could have

– You organise hertravels

The successfull candidate:

– Somebody who already work in an FMCG company is a big asset

– You speak perfectly French and Dutch and have a good command of English

– You want stability in your job and you are not that ambitious

– You are polyvalent, dynamic, smart, proactive

– The diploma soedn’t really matter, we just need a nice personality !
