Let's celebrate 100k!

Can you believe it, my lovelies, we've just reached 100k with chapter 26 of The World's Smallest Book Club! That was fast... But hey, there's almost 300k still coming, so it's not like the story is over yet ;D

Good news! My already overly long Generation Kill fic for Ray/Doc Bryan Unit finally continues after almost a year of being shamefully neglected!

Current word count: 540.000

I'm also starting to post another fic in the Unit verse, which is a Teren Holsey/Micheal Stinetorf story called The World's Smallest Book Club.

It has 380.000 words so far, so get ready for a lot of plot, character development and (of course, you know me) smut ;D

Sooo, here we go with an almost 9k chapter for the Book Club (that's how I tend to shorten it XD).

And because we're going to meet all of Mike's family at his family home, I thought you might like to see my mental image for his parents' house? I tend to have references for the places I describe, and I spent a long time looking for the house that I imagined as the place where Mike grew up. Btw, it's really in Mission Canyon in Santa Barbara because I wanted something accurate (I'm perfectionist like that...).

So, what do your think of it? Mike's room is the one with the window - not the double doors - on the second floor.

Serious question: Do you like seeing my reference pictures for my fics, like Unit and the Book Club? I have those for places, people, things etc, and usually I keep them in a folder just for me, but if you like it, I can post stuff like this in the future. Let me know ^_^
