Viagem em amigos

Tudo começou no dia 28, quando fomos pra Itapiranga, organizamos as bagagens, comemos pizza e saímos cedo no dia seguinte. Nosso destino era a praia de Imbé-RS, no caminho houve um temporal, muitos galhos voando e muita chuva, paramos até o tempo se acalmar, e graças a Deus não aconteceu nada conosco, mesmo que houve muitos danos naquele dia.

Chegamos ao nosso destino, passamos a virada na praia, foram dias de pouco sol, e de lá partimos para Serra Catarinense, subimos a Serra do Rio do Rastro e a Serra do Corvo Branco, lugares e paisagens encantadoras. Conhecemos cachoeiras e mirantes de tirar o fôlego, na Cascata do Avencal, assistimos outras pessoas saltarem do penhasco, mas a coragem foi pouca para nos ariscarmos. Andamos de quadriciclo e desafiamos nosso medo de altura em diversos Cânions. Foi uma viagem muito bem aproveitada, tantas emoções, tantas risadas, bons amigos e muitas aventuras.

O Congresso Nacional derrubou, nesta quinta-feira (14), os vetos do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva ao projeto de lei que estabelece a tese do marco temporal das terras indígenas. A tese diz que os indígenas só terão direito ao território em que estavam na promulgação da Constituição, em outubro de 1988. Em sessão conjunta, 53 senadores e 321 deputados apoiaram a derrubada dos vetos, enquanto 19 senadores e 137 deputados votaram para manter a decisão presidencial. Houve ainda uma abstenção entre os deputados, nenhuma entre senadores. Em 21 de setembro deste ano, o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) decidiu que a tese era inconstitucional. Oito dias depois, a Câmara e o Senado aprovaram um projeto de lei para incluir a tese do marco temporal em lei federal. Em outubro, o presidente Lula vetou parcialmente o projeto aprovado no Poder Legislativo, argumentando que a tese já havia sido considerada inconstitucional. Para o senador Luis Carlos Heinze (PP-RS), o veto prejudica a exploração econômica dos territórios do Brasil. “Nenhum país do mundo tem a extensão territorial destinada aos indígenas como nós temos no Brasil. De 114 milhões de hectares de terra para reservas indígenas é muito alto, e querem chegar a 120 e 130 milhões de hectares. O Brasil já está engessado com reservas indígenas, parques nacionais e áreas de preservação.” Segundo a Fundação Nacional do Povos Indígenas (Funais), as 736 terras indígenas registradas representam 13% do território brasileiro, o que totaliza aproximadamente 117 milhões de hectares. De acordo com o último censo do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), o Brasil tem quase 900 mil indígenas, distribuídos em 305 etnias. Favorável à manutenção do veto, o deputado federal Tarcísio Motta (PSOL-RJ) argumentou que a Constituição não estabeleceu esta lógica de um marco a partir do qual as ocupações das terras indígenas seriam legítimas. “Essa é uma batalha de setores do agronegócio interessados em seguir avançando sobre as terras indígenas, e povos e populações indígenas, movimentos sociais, que lutam pela sua sobrevivência, pelo direito de existir”, afirmou. "A opinião dada pelo governo e a decisão do presidente Lula foi seguindo não só a conversa com a sociedade, mas seguindo o respeito aos povos originários. Essa matéria agride direitos, bota em risco a vida, a educação e o direito ao território. Esses povos estavam aqui muito antes de todos os colonizadores chegarem, e nós não podemos decidir um marco temporal a partir de uma data estabelecida de promulgação da Constituição, que vamos retirar povos que, naquele momento, estava em litígio e tinham direito à terra", afirmou a deputada federal Jandira Feghali (PCdoB-RJ). Repin, se graduó con medalla de oro y se fue de viaje de jubilación a Alemania, Italia y España. A propuesta de Ilya Repin, fue elegido miembro de la Academia de las Artes. Kustodiev era miembro de la Unión de Artistas Rusos y de la sociedad Mundo del Arte. Se hizo especialmente famoso como retratista y autor de grandes pinturas históricas y de género. Sin embargo, en 1909 mostró los primeros signos de una enfermedad grave: la tuberculosis espinal.
