Die Challenge beginnt am Freitag, 22. März, dem Weltwassertag.
Unser (selbstgewähltes) Programm:
Freitag (Teamchallenge): insgesamt 450 Sekunden lang mindestens 0,5 l Wasser am ausgestreckten Arm halten Ihr meint, das ist zu einfach? Spendet, und wir nehmen mehr Wasser...
Samstag (Einzelchallenge): 10 x 450 m, also 4,5 km laufen/gehen
Sonntag (Einzelchallenge): 450 Kicks oder Jabs
Montag (Teamchallenge): insgesamt 450 Situps (in verschiedenen Variationen), macht 150 für jede von uns 30 Russian Twists, 30 Crunches, 30 Crunches diagonal, 30 reverse Crunches (Po hoch), 30 ToeTouch Crunches, oder lieber Bicycle Crunches oder Star Crunches?
Dienstag (Einzelchallenge): 450 Treppenstufen
Mittwoch (Einzelchallenge): 450 Sekunden Planke
Donnerstag (Teamchallenge): 450 Kniebeuge
Bei jeder Übung ist Wasser als Zusatzgewicht mit im Spiel.
