I’ve been having like a shit ton of nightmares and stress dreams lately and I’m always like “wtf” until I remember the massive buildup of election anxiety I’ve just been pushing down for months

#This is like so a me problem I just don’t know how to handle my total lack of control here so I’ve been ignoring it #which is clearly not working #Tbf last nights stress dream was definitely cause I have a new day job on Wednesday mornings #And I’m very terrified of fucking something up #or acting so anxious they think I don’t handle things well under pressure and decide to fire me #which like I do handle situations well under pressure just not like internally #So I think the dream I had where I screwed up 10 customer orders and ate shit cleaning tables was probably because of that #Anyway anyone got any drug recommendations cause I am NOT sleeping lmaooo
