We All Have Five Bodies, Seven Chakras And Seven Elements.
Our ancient Vedas suggest, always be in a Yogic state and inhale cosmic energy. When we inhale cosmic energy, it purifies all the elements of our body. And when we're able to purify all the elements of our body ; we can manifest our goals in life ; and life become simple. On the contrary, if all or one elements become impure then disease occur; which is disturbance in ease.
We have seven elements and five bodies. And whether we believe it or not, every human posses though.
We have Five Bodies :
Anandmaya kosha the bliss sheath.
Gyaanmaya kosha.
Manomaya kosha.
Praanmays kosha.
Annmaya kosha the physical body
There are Seven Elements within our body :
Earth element prithvi tatva.
Water element jal tatva.
Fire element agni tatva.
Air element vayuu tatva.
Sky element akaash tatva.
Guru element guru tatva.
Shiv element param tatva.
If earth element becomes impure; all the disease related to bones occur in the body.
If water element becomes impure; disease related to kidney, urinary organs, reproductive organs take place.
If fire element becomes impure; digestion problem, stomach problem, liver and diabetes take place.
If air element becomes impure ; it leads to heart problems, breathing trouble.
If sky element becomes impure; it leads to mind contamination, schizophrenia, confusions.
Sixth element is Guru tatva situated in ajna chakra between the two eyebrows.
Seventh element is present in sahastratha chakra between the two brains.
The person having Guru tatva pure would be able to purify other 5 elements of the body; on the contrary if all the 5 elements are pure and Guru tatva is impure then sooner or later other 5 elements of the person is bound to get impure.
Purification of Param tatva and Guru tatva is utmost important in human life. This is one of the main reason whey we’re born with human body. These two elements act as positive catalyst in rising our consciousness.
Affects of five elements over five bodies
Ananadmaya kosh has only akaash element.
Gyaanmaya kosh has akaash and air element.
Manomaya kosh has akaash, air, fire element.
Praanmaya kosh has akaash, air, fire and water element.
Annamaya kosh has all five elements.
So, as we go on practicing meditation, yoga and praanic kriyaas and follow the path to increase our consciousness; we’re able to break the boundaries of each our body and be on the successful path in dissolving each element with one body and in the end only one body remaining; anandmaya kosh with one element sky element. Complete enlightenment. Self RealIsation.
Each Chakras signifies some specific earth elements.

How to awaken our Chakras
Petals of all chakra are like sub set . All the past life karmas and impressions are stored or embedded in these chakras. These impressions gets triggered by our thoughts and then we witness suffering.
Every chakra has a specific mantra associated to it. Reciting these chakra mantra over the petals of chakras, help to activate and purify the petals.
Only asanas cannot release the past karmic impressions. We need to practice meditation first. By way of meditation we can slowly align our five bodies, mind and souls. Once we reach this condition, with the help of prana kriyas we can detox our ida and pingla nadis. As we detox these two nadis, we burn our karmic layers and the negative energy of chakras get released. Each petals of chakras are awakened by sending higher cosmic vibrations or by reciting mantra of the petals, whose higher cosmic vibration activate each petals.
Kundalini dhyan sadhna and guided meditation, under the guidance of ascendant master help us in awakening the chakras.
Breathing pattern also helps to detoxify the nadis, to help release the karmic impressions stored in our nadis, which in turn releases the negativity of our chakras. No shallow breathing, always practice deep breathing.
Apart from this, five other factors also play a considerable impact over our consciousness. They're :
Food
People
Place
Time
And predominantly our karma
Consciousness rises from the lower chakra to reach to the highest chakra, the sahastratha chakra to merge with shiva consciousness.
Awakening the chakras increases your self belonging, your consciousness. It increases your intuitive power, give you an experience of deep level of tranquility.

Why do idols of Chakrathalwar have Yoga Narasimhar on the back side? Is there any story behind this or reference for this? 🤔 *Because Lord Sudarsana is considered as the energy of Lord Narasimha. To indicate that both are inseparable, both are depicted back to back. *Tantric texts are based on the doctrine that the body is identical to the universe. Vishnu is seen as the supreme purusha who has no beginning or end and is both with a form and formless. Lakshmi becomes the moola prakriti or shakti of Vishnu. Purusha (Vishnu) and Prakriti (LakshmI) are inseparable and their union lead to creation of the universe. Lakshmi Tantram describes an expansion of Lakshmi (Sri) in the form of Agni and calls it kriya shakti and mentions that Sudarsahana manifests from this kriya shkati of ‘Sri’. Laksmi tantram also says that this form of kriya shakti: as Sudarshana creates, protects and destroys this universe. Creation begins when the kriya shakti of ‘Sri’ merges with ‘Purusha’. So the form of Sudarshana chakra with Narasimha behind maybe seen as a form of Narasimha (purusha) with the ‘Sri’ shakti to jointly take the form of Lakshmi Narasimha. Lakshmi and Vishnu are inseparable and creation may be visualized as none other than Sudarshana Narasimha or Lakshmi Narasimha. For the tantric aspirant, the six corners may denote six chakras in ones body. Further Yoga Narasimha seated on a serpant may signify the Kundalini energy existing as a coil within us. As the Kundalini energy rises across the chakras, one progresses spiritually till moksham is reached. 2) Sri Sudarsana and Yoga Narasimha (From Ahirbudhnya Samhita) Sri Sudarsana Maha yantram with Sri Sudarsana Murti at the front and Sri Yoga Narasimhar at the back are to be made based on Ahirbudhnya Samhita. The Sudatsana Murti is in violent form with 16 hands. Sri Narasimha has four hands. Both save bhaktas from the actions of enemies, diseases and save from Graha Doshas.) Iccha Shakti and Kriya Shakti; Ahirbudhnya Samhita: dve sakti tasya vidyete visnoh sarvarthasadhane | pradhanabhute yabhyam tu vahatyesa jagaddhuram || 36-54 || eka tvicchatmika tasya tathanya tu kriyatmika | tatreccharupinyah sakterlaksmirupatvam prathama parama laksmirjagattratuh kutumbini || 36-55 || kriyarupayah sakteh sudarsanarupatvam tattvavidbhiridaṃ proktaṃ dvitiyeha sudarsanam | tabhyam saktibhyam vina bhagavato'pyakiṃcitkaratvam tasmallaksmya vina devah samkalpe na prabhurharih || 36-56 || anenapi vina kartuṃ kiṃcinnarhati kesavah | tasya saktidvayasya srstisthiti samharsdyupakaranatvam anena sarvam sṛjati devo'nenaiva pati ca || 36-57 || (Meaning in short: Bhagavan Sriman Narayana has Iccha Shakti and Kriya Shakti. Iccha Shakti is Lakshmi. Kriya Shakti is 'sankalpa rupa unmesham’. Sriman Narayana’s action in all aspects in the whole universe is Kriya Shakti. This Kriya Shakti is Sudarsana tatva. Bhagavan can not do anyhing without Lakshi. Like that Bhagavan can not do anything without Sudarsana also. Both Lakshmi and sudarsana are required for Sriman Narayana to act!) Ahirbudhnya Samhita describes Sudarshan as the Kriya Shakti of lord Vishnu similar to Mahalaxmi. In tantras Sudarshan Chakra is personified in a form of deity. Most popularly he is worshiped in 16 hand form, where he is shown as a powerful warrier man standing posture at the center of flames emitting from blazing chakra. He is wearing red clothes, fair complexion, yellow matted hair locks emitting flames and three golden eyes. He has fanged mouth and looking wrathful.
In his sixteen hands he is holding disk, conch, noose, goad, club, axe, spear, stick, shataghni (fire emitting weapon with hundred pores), sword, Shakti (Vel a special shaped spear), bow & arrow, thunderbolt, mace, pestle and trident. In this form he is suppose to be giver of boons of victory over enemies, wealth and freedom from disease.
