The SonaGroup CSR Activity.

C. Valliappa Chairman of Sona College of Technology along with his sons, Chocko Valliappa and Thyagu Valliappa donated 1000 N95 respirators, 10,000 hand gloves and 2,000 bottles of sanitizer, 500 ml each, which was worth Rs. 500,000/- to Dharmapuri Medical College in the presence of honorable Minister of Higher Education, K. P. Anbalagan.

As a CSR initiative by The Sona Group, we have developed the app ‘VeeTrace’ to track and trace COVID-19 affected individuals, which is adopted by Salem, Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri districts reaching 7 million people.

Our leaders contributed Rs. 1,00,000/- for the food and Rs. 2,00,000/- for groceries and medical equipment to help Salem Corporation cleaning workers.
