I’m gonna be so honest. I want more Margo in Beyond the Spiderverse. Let’s go to her dimension for a lil bit and see her. Even when she’s not her avatar, she has the same heart and soul. I just KNOW when it comes to her being her irl self and not her spider self, she has the same goals. To protect.

That’s probably why she chose to protect Miles. Even in her dimension, all her parents (basically) do is argue, in front of her, when they’re not in front of her, etc.. Margo knows. She may even feel like she wasn’t protected when it came to seeing her parents always at each other’s throats. There’s no break.

Miguel trying to get to Miles inside of the Ho-Home machine probable reminded her of very intense times at her home, when her parents get louder than usual. Too much noise. Too much hate. (All she really wants is a big hug)

And in that moment, she came to realize if it was her, she would have want someone to help her in the times she had no one. She would have wanted someone to look at her, see her, and let her go. So, she did just that for Miles.

She barely knows him, but their connection tells her he also has a good heart.

Plus, the saving his parents thing, but this as well.
