I have a TWAU OC, son of Bigby BUT he isn't raised in normal society or with the Fables - he's raised with a pack of lycanthropes.

Like they made a home of couple hundred of them that live in a community deep in an area, and interact with mundies but nobody knows who they are really (HC that there's pockets of certain creatures living in the mundie world that made it out of war cause technically they are fables, creatures, and so on ..)

Anyway - I'll share more in this OC son and the mini lycanthrope community he threw up and how he meets his father after like 20 years.

I had another fandom dream last night, this time about The Wolf Among Us.

Bigby was picking up TJ from school as a favor and he saw him talking to some Mundy kids on the playground. TJ (who was glamored of course) insisted that the fairytales in his classmate's books were all wrong and Bigby was going to step in before he revealed too much. That is until TJ started talking about him.

TJ was saying that the Big Bad Wolf can be mean and scary, but he's actually a really good guy. I distinctly remember the phrase, "He keeps us safe from the real bad guys!" He sounded so sweet, speaking with an earnest innocence only a child can. Bigby was really taken aback. The kid's always so on edge around him, he thought he was afraid of him like everyone else.

Once he picked his jaw off the ground he went to TJ saying it was time to go. They didn't talk much save for some awkward small talk. ("How was school?" "Good." "You learn anything." "No.") After the door closed, Bigby heard TJ on the other side telling his dad that he liked walking home with the sheriff. Bigby just smiled to himself as he lit up a smoke.
