It was supposed to just be from Corduroys house, to back home. That’s all it was, there were no pit stops to grab anything or see friends. Why did she have to cross Tilly, Padparadscha and Amie?

Everything hurt — everything ached and she couldn’t even bring her head up. She could barely even keep herself conscious as her head ached with pain. Her whole body did and for good reason. She could barely even make out the girls laughter as they walked away from her body on the floor.

Charlotte could not give a weak whimper, her hand tightening slightly as she gripped her tangled hair before letting go once again.
