My biggest issue with existing in TTRPG spaces at this point is that a frequently hear about systems that sound interesting and worth looking into, and I'm well aware that they'll probably fulfill my needs better than the Reliable Option (D&D 5e), but also I have crippling social anxiety and the way I end up in TTRPG parties is "An already established group that I've been part of for a while wants to play D&D."

Actually going out and finding a group is. Not an option.

So despite wanting to try out some other things, the furthest I've gone from 5e was playing PF1, which I can only call an error on my part. No shade to the people that like it but it was not the system for me.
