Scrim Sheets + Saddles

Hi lovelies! I’m so excited to share my latest creation with you—a recolor of Pixel Pony’s scrim sheet + saddles!

Here’s what’s included:

— Scrim Sheet: 21 swatches

— Scrim Sheet with Jumper Saddle: 42 swatches

— Scrim Sheet with Dressage Saddle: 42 swatches The swatches are inspired by my PS of Sweden saddle pad collection colors: PS of Sweden Jump Elite and PS of Sweden Jump Elite V2. The scrim sheets with saddles come with black and brown saddles for each swatch!

The original meshes are by the talented Pixel Pony and Schrodcat. To use these recolors, you’ll need the original mesh, which you can download HERE.

Recolors and edits of my version of these sheets are not permitted. If you'd like to create your own, please use the original mesh linked above.

Lou hadn't ever thought to dig deeper into the identity of her mysterious supporter. Now she was even more confused. Naila Cabral, the town legend, wanted her to compete in the UHC for... Whatever reason. It didn't make any sense.

Although, now isn't the time to worry about it. Sienna was right. Lou had a competition to win... Or at least participate in.

[Sienna and Lou enter the tack room and Sienna is showing Lou around when she asks how she knows Naila]

Sienna: Anyone competing can store their supplies in here, or rent anything they don't have.

[Lou looks around the room, amazed at the amount of trophies and riding equipment.]

[Sienna is silent, watching her with squinted eyes for a moment before finally asking...]

Sienna: How do you know Naila Cabral?

Lou: *surprised* Huh? Oh, we met just the other day. She approached me and suggested I compete.

Sienna: Do you know who she is?

Lou: No... Why?

Sienna: Naila Cabral is only the most decorated rider in the Ridge. She just moved back to compete in the Ultimate Horse Championship. It was a big deal, look...

A two time winner of the competition who went on to earn many medals in the 20xx Mt. Komorebit Olympics among other accolades, Cabral has spent years as a top horse trainer in the industry. Now, 20 years after making history as the only contestant to ever win the Ultimate Horse Championship twice, the legend has returned to her home town, sending one question along the town gossip train... Lou: But- But if she's such a famous rider, why would she be so interested in me? And what would she want to compete against me for?

Unfortunately the pet emission maps are very limited & I couldn't get the gradient to actually glow, but the border does glow like my other glowing accessories.

Compatible with feathers. Each color has two swatches, the second swatch is meant to be used with feathers so the gradient won't show through them

The lighter swatches look best when paired with lighter coat & hoof colors

TS4 Default Replacement: Horse "Skin"

Day 1 Edition (BETA/TESTING) - Adults/Elders Only

at the behest of the public, here's the "Day 1" default replacement I did. DL & info under the cut.

So, okay. Honesty time! This isn't tested outside of CAP at all. I don't know how it'll look in-game. I guess that'll be something you all find out, it could like hot garbage for all I know.

Alongside that, is the biggest strongest flashiest disclaimer I could do; I made this in an hour on the day of the expac's release, it's rough as hell, it is NOT a final product and is IS a beta. If you end up having problems with it, I highly encourage just not using it until better and more-refined versions of it or others come out.

Also I default-replaced both the "normal" and "muscled" versions of the diffuse, so the muscle slider in CAP won't show any texture change any more with this mod. This'll change in newer, more official releases.

Credit/link to me if you intend to edit, replicate or otherwise use this .package or especially my textures as a base for your own derivative work. I did a lot of reverse-engineering in my own time of the TS4 files to understand the file structure & to get this to work, so this is the very least you can do.

Do not sell or post behind a paywall, even a timed one. This tumblr is anti-paywall to the extreme. This includes any content that might be created under Rule One. Do not do this. I will think you are an asshole. I have had issues with this in the past and my tolerance for it is absolutely zero. Additionally this asset includes parts that are not owned wholly by me, so you'd be profiting off the work of others as well!

My dear friend @nv-games and I collaborated to bring you a new set of mane/forelock/tail and a new horse breed. Here is Midnight, a black Hanoverian mare. The second and third pictures are unedited CAS pictures. As you can see; a real black horse with real black mane and tail. It looks even more shiny in game. Shine Stencil

I'm super excited to introduce my very first highlight stencil for horses in TS4! I've put a lot of passion and work into this, and I'm thrilled to finally share it with the community.

This stencil is incredibly versatile, working beautifully at different opacities. You can use it on its own, or layer it with existing shine and shader stencils from other talented creators for a more detailed look.

One of my favorite techniques is to gradually build up opacity in specific areas, rather than using the bucket tool–it allows for more depth and control in your designs.
