TOH Winter Art Exchange 2023-24

Hello everyone!

It’s wintertime, and if you’ve been in the fandom world for any notable amount of time, you know all about winter Secret Santas, Art Exchanges, and the likes that circulate around this time of year. So why not add another to the mix?

Welcome to our 2023/2024 Owl House Winter Art Exchange! 

If you’re not familiar with these, here’s an overview.

After signing up, you will receive a DM from one of our mods (@ranaeley or @offbrandoreo) confirming your participation, and you will be assigned a random person to create a piece of artwork for. Likewise, someone else will be assigned to make one for you! Everyone will have around a month to create and post their gifts!

The gift exchange will not be happening this year as there were not enough sign-ups. Maybe next year.

Rules, Info, Dates, and Guidelines

Our two Mods, and the ones who will be messaging you with any updates or assignments, are @offbrandoreo, and @ranaeley.

You must be thirteen years of age or older to participate in this gift exchange.

Please only fill in the form ONCE. If we realize duplicate accounts have been listed, both will be banned from the gift exchange.

Please fill out the form below by December 13th, at 12:00 PM EST, to join this gift exchange, after reading these rules and guidelines.

After filling out the form, we will contact you through DMs on Tumblr (or Discord, if we are not able to reach you on your Tumblr account) to confirm your participation.

Each participant will be assigned and sent their request by December 15th.

We will check in with participants on December 26th to make sure they are on task, and will assign backup artists if necessary. 

Gifts should be completed and posted between January 5th-January 15th.

Please tag your submission with #TOHArtExchange2024 and mention the person you made it for in your post! We will be reblogging all art posted, and will not be able to easily find it unless you put it under this tag. Plus, you want the person receiving your gift to be able to find it too! 

Please DM one of us if you don’t think you’ll be able to finish your submission. We completely understand if this is the case, the holiday season gets hectic, and we’re all only human. But we need to know by the 26th if you can no longer participate so that we can move along the process!

Please don’t buy a physical gift or commission an artist to make your piece for you. This completely defeats the purpose of the gift exchange. 

NSFW content, offensive content, and heavy gore will not be tolerated in this gift exchange. Any submitted prompts or art pieces containing any of these will be deleted, and you will not be permitted to participate in the gift exchange.
