I have a mental problem called "Neil Sadler" who was my player character for a cyberpunk TTRPG campaign that I played in and he continues to make me black out and then I end up with stuff like this when I return to the mortal plane. I had been thinking about doing this for a while, and today's prompt fit the idea I had already, so I maybe went overboard.

In the last session of the campaign, in the final moment of it, it ended up being about Neil's choice to continue living.
