the urge to write a thing based off of @samblerambles fic can you see me in the dark? (i hope you like my new disguise) is actually kind of insane.

I wanna write a thing where Leon blames himself a bit too much for Scott existing

I want Scott to mistake it for Leon thinking Scott shouldn't exist or something like that, feeling it through the telepathy

I want Leon to explain in a rushed way that no, no, that's not what he meant, explain that it's his fault Scott was ever hurt or was going to be hurt even more, was made to be someone's pet, essentially.

I want Scott to get fucking pissed off, because how dare he think like that, how dare Leon think that everything here was his fault?

How dare Leon try and paint his life in these dull colors, how dare he take away from the good things that happened to him. He may have come into this world in a fucking horrible way, he may have had terrible things happen to him, but he has Chris and Leon. He has them and it's fucking worth it.

How dare Leon try and take accountability for a madman?
