i feel like people forget some of the like. really shitty things Wilson has done. He had an affair with a dying patient. He cheated on his second wife, Bonnie. He kicked House out of the condo he bought, for him and House, so he could get back with Sam. There's probably more but. like. those are the big things off the top of my head
