Hello everyone, Draw Goku as a tribute to Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, this Anime will mark our childhood for everyone around the world.

Since my beginnings, I drew cell when I was a 13-year-old child. I was also a fan of this anime. I saw it on Cartoon Network in the TOONAMI block. I LIKED ITS GOKU TRILOGY LIKE:

DRAGON BALL DRAGON BALL Z DRAGON BALL GT DRAGON BALL Z KAI AND DRAGON BALL SUPER

I saw it with my family too. My friends who were the community of artists before I was friendly with them also to the loved, respected and talented community but I was betrayed by the Hated, Sick and Toxic community.

Well, it also has its Original merchandise in Japan, others are pirated merchandise that it sells in flea markets in all Latin American countries such as:

Figures and Toys Posters Stickers Keychains Tshirts Sweaters albums Cups Teddies and card games

I had my Goku poster and keychain and so did my aunt Nicole, well we missed them.

But there are fans who artists are loved and hated like:

Well, 8 years ago Akira Torimaya paid tribute to Stan Lee, the creator of Marvel and DC superheroes, for his taste in Japanese manga and American Manga.

Well, on March 1, 2024, the Japan Hospital sent a message from its fans around the world and said:

Dear friends and partners.

We are deeply saddened to inform you that manga creator Akira Toriyama passed away on March 1 due to an acute subdural hematoma. He was 68 years old.

It is our deep regret that he still had several works in full creation with great enthusiasm, furthermore, he would have many more things to achieve.

However, he has left many manga titles and works of art to this world. Thanks to the support of so many people around the world, he has been able to continue his creative activities for over 45 years. We hope that Akira Toriyama's unique world of creation will continue to be loved by everyone for a long time.

We inform you of this sad news, thanking you for your kindness during his life.

The funeral was celebrated with his family and very few of his relatives. Following his wishes for peace of mind, we respectfully inform you that we will not accept flowers or condolence gifts. visits, offerings and others. Likewise, we ask that you refrain from conducting interviews with his family.

The future plan for the memorial meeting is not decided, we will inform you when it is confirmed. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support as always.

But Todd did tell Dirk he saw himself out of trust while Dirk hold back his info the whole time. And That's not the only thing Dirk concealed. He didn't tell Todd he knew Farah before the hostage exchange, the reason he looked for Todd was following his future self's instruction and he had seen the animal mask etc. He tricked Todd into investigating Rimmer's house by throwing the lottery ticket into the garage. Dirk definitely hold much more info about the situation but he didn't share it even though he saw Todd's desperate doomed idea that he can fix things by going back to the past.

Todd was not initially excited about Dirk's working method. His belief in Dirk's ability was built up through the whole 1st season and many of his reaction to a guy who broke into his house was very realistic and understandable.

Saving Lydia Spring was Dirk's case as a detective. After the time travel Todd knew his past mistakes couldn't be fixed & had no interest related reason to stay but he stayed anyway, to help Dirk save Lydia.

Don't get me wrong I do think Todd called Dirk a monster was very hash and rude .He ruined his own life and it was kind of he saw himself as a monster for lying to Amanda but he projected the situation to Dirk and lashed the angst and frustration out at him. Todd offered his Mexican Funeral Tshirt to Dirk as a gesture of reconcilation but it was better if he apologized.

Though I may be wrong but did Dirk apologize for his own lies? He just justified them as strategic no-truthing. And I doubt a Todd with Season 2 knowledge about Dirk's past & the way his 'hunch' worked would say the same thing. Their friendship deepened and they think of each other more. If we have to dwell on the past, the fair solution may be that they orally apologize to each other.

the level of todd’s anger towards dirk at the end of season 1 still bothers me & here’s why:

todd saw his future self at the hotel & didn’t tell dirk about it for a while either

the only things future dirk told past dirk were todd’s address, to get the kitten & “3 questions, 1 answer” ? yes that was more information than todd had at the beginning, but nowhere near enough for him to know everything, really barely anything, before hand

todd knows dirk’s different & works differently & was excited about it at times but accused dirk of basically knowing everything beforehand when dirk genuinely did his thing & solved a case

dirk overlooked todd not believing in him, pushing him away & being annoyed with him throughout the case & then when dirk keeps something from him, he calls him a monster & says he “deserves to be alone” ?

AND the thing that bugs me the most:

he never apologized

luckily he came to his senses & went back to dirk, but he never actually apologized

dirk is such a mess but always nice to others, his only friend ever told him he never wanted to see him, that must have had a huge effect on him even though he would never show it

I love todd to bits, but this was bad
