My friends and I who live close together now have regular quarterly "council meetings" where we meet together in one place (usually our apartment but sometimes coffee shops) and discuss upcoming plans for the next couple months including any local events we want to go to, vacations, projects we want help on, and any financial or family endeavors we should all be in the know about. And like yeah, I know this is a super autistic thing to do (more than half of us are autistic) but I extremely, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend regular council meetings for yourself and friends if you feel like sometimes life can be chaotic. We spend a couple hours just chatting and hammering down plans so we can plan around each other's engagements and also carve out time where we can have productive and fulfilling experiences together.

This is very nice thing to say. I am not sure if it is true, because doktor and Engineer are also very competent because they are scientists, and Spy is very competent, well, spy.

I think Kakashi and Iruka are the: I found love later in life type. The ones to stumble upon affection quite by accident. The kind to fall in love, and not even realize it until much later.

From what I read in the Kakashi’s Story, I can imagine him storming up to Iruka and saying, "The thought of you distracted me from strangling a man." Utterly perplexed as to why that happened, and then it just dawns on him all of the sudden.

You simply cannot find a body as stunning and exquisite as this one. He is a specimen so beautiful, it's like a blessing from the heavens that he fell under the cut of my scalpel.

His encouragement sparks her enthusiasm once again, as well as her nerves, because it's actually happening. She tries to focus on anything else, the familiar objects on his walls, his shoes, anything but those clear eyes that make her feel awake, alive, and warm.

"I..." She gulps not wanting to really admit it, but she can't help it. "I tried a lot. I'm so, so bad at it. So bad... but. It's- it's not your recipe! I promise. It's me... just... wasn't." She stops, shaking her head, willing herself to shut up, choosing to let the excitement return.

Timidly she sets in in front of him. "But I did it! I tried it too! Um. Not this portion. But it was really good! I'm so happy!" She stops herself from hugging him, as much as she probably could have in that moment.

There is a moment that Greyson considers shaking her by the shoulders just to stop her from the downward spiral of self-doubt she'd caught herself in, or forcing her to meet his eyes to see to all the concerns that swam in them. Fortunately for the both of them that moment passes quickly when her attention returns to the container so proudly placed on his desk.

Her declaration of success is enough to wind him alone, but the way she shines when she says it makes him feel a little weaker. Like he's seen something so precious and rare that he should devote years to studying it and unraveling its mysteries.

It's an effort to look at the cake container again, but he manages to open the top. "You did a fantastic job, you know." He'd stopped fighting the grin at this point, looking back at her. "After the first or second failure, most people would have given up. I'm so, so happy for you Alice."

The urge to bring her into his arms to congratulate her is almost more than he can bear, but he settles for pouring as much of his joy and affection as either of them can handle into a gentle look as he says "I understand if you have somewhere to be of course but, if not, care to share a slice and a cup of coffee? I've got a bit of time between appointments, and-" he pauses, breath catching as he second guesses himself, "I've always found sweets tasted best when shared in good company."
