AU. Samiya and Castiel fell in love with each other and decided to get married before season 5 finale, they wanted to spend their last moments as husband and wife. When her husband was destryed and her adoptive father killed by Lucifer, who's controlling her, Samiya took control and sacrificed herself to save the only member of her family left, her older brother. She smiled as she fell into the Cage with Micheal, who's inside Adam, happy to be able to at least save Dean. When Castiel was brought back, he healed his family and left for Heaven in order to find a way to bring his Sam out of the Cage. He was surprised when he found Sam already out of the Cage. He knew something was off about his wife as he observed her, but he thought it's because she remembered the Cage. When Sam was given her soul back, pieces slowly started to fall into place and the Winchester found out it was Castiel who brought Sam back and that he was working with Crowley to use Purgatory for the souls. When Castiel betrays his family and breaks the wall Death created in Sam's mind, what will happen to Sam? Will she survive?
