my ACEN tip gimmick has been fulfilled, aaand i got a little carried away with it. hey, I've been seeing your yuri au around recently, and I just want to say that in addition to your really nice art style, you're the only person I've seen draw fem!Kel and not:

-anime-girl-fiy Kel

-remove Kel's body hair

and I thank you for it. I have seen too many fem!Kels that are just the default anime girl body type with Kel's hair, clothes and skin tone, so seeing your take on fem!Kel is a nice breath of fresh air

Yes, they are my favorite animals! Well, in the top favorites, alongside cats, dogs... pretty much all canines and felines and then there's deer too AHAH

But YES WOLVES

I'm about to yap so much and be a wolf nerd. That's under the cut... a lot of it EHEH

They're really special to me. Ever since I was a kid, I really liked them. Everyone who knew me at that time also knew that I love cats, dogs and wolves. I was known for that lmaoo.

I also played a lot of games that included wolves such as: Animal Jam, Wolf online, Wolf Quest (first one, the second one and now the third one Anniversary Edition), some Wolf simulators, etc. So I really loved and still love playing as a wolf character.

They're beautiful creatures to me, the way they live in packs, how they treat each other, respect each other, communicate, their body language, their fur coats and everything. So many of them, too, like: Arctic wolf, Timber wolf, tundra wolf, Mexican wolf, etc.

What I really love about them is how they work together and how loyal they are.

Also, a fun fact that I love: We all know there is a male and female alpha in the pack, and they can only breed, so they're lifelong mates. However, when their mate dies, they will go search for another mate (well, probably after grieving their deceased mate). And that new mate WON'T kill the pups of the previous mate. Unlike lions where the male lion will kill the cubs if he's able to take over the pride. Wolves see things differently. They will become a stepparent after joining the pack and will take care of the pups even if they're not their biological pups. So, they have to wait for their next chance to breed and have offspring of their own. But yes, I love that they actually take care of those pups even if they're not theirs by blood. That's amazing to me. They really just take care of each other and will protect the pups the best they can.

There's so much about them, but I always say that they're gentle creatures, killing for food, to feed their family, not killing just because they feel like it (well, like pretty much all animals). Also, to connect back to the mate talk. It's fascinating to me that they have true love and have one mate forever (unless the mate dies). They will also die for each other and sacrifice themselves for their pack. That's just SO BEAUTIFUL TO ME, AND THEY'RE ANIMALS. The bond, the love, these creatures have can't even be described.

See how I watched so many documentaries, and I actually learned the most from Wolf Quest... and I have books... and I love wolves so much. I don't see them as aggressive, bad creatures as the fairy tales describe them. No, they're beautiful animals trying to live their lives in peace and raise their family. Lone wolves are the dispersal wolves trying to find a mate that's not related to them. So that's also a really cool behavior in them.

And there's so much more but yeah I just yapped so much about them and I really love them.

Also, they're super cute as pups :3
