I wonder if you've read " The Commoner's Guide to Bedding a Royal " by olivieblake . It's a British royal family au of dramione . Mainly because your Theo and Daphne remind me SO MUCH of them there. There's no actual similarity plot wise , it's just .... Vibes I guess ? Anyways it's one of my favourite written relationships of all time and yours is becoming one too even if y'know they're not actually ending up together , it's just the way they exist in juxtaposition of each other ?

i love it when it's evident that the author isn't just doing it to write smut. i love smut that isn't formulaic, that has love in it - and i don't mean between the characters. you can tell when there's heart in the porn you're reading. you can tell when the author had to do a couple laps while writing it.

A canon thing I wish I could change is how Gale is broadly unaffected by the orb, I guess? I love that in EA he had bandages on his arms because it was causing him to rot, and I wish they'd kept that in and pushed it further so there was more intrigue and darkness.

My wildest headcanon... hmm. I guess I headcanon that Raphael is being honest when he says he's fond of tav/durge? I don't see why he'd go out of his way to be actually helpful if he wasn't, he doesn't actually need them I don't think. I don't know. It seems an awful lot of effort for one soul. I think he might feel similarly towards them as he does Hope- that is, longing.

If someone were to make fanart of my work what scene would I hope to see... oh DEFINITELY Astarion showing up at Tav's door in the middle of the night in Holy. I imagined it as being like that one scene in 2011 Jane Eyre where she imagines Rochester showing up at her door in a snowstorm... 🥵😍

Lemon & Tangerine from Bullet Train for sure. I think I get their voices just right, and they mean a lot to me because I grew up near where they did!

6. What's your ratio for rating your works? I'm usually pretty cautious when rating? If there's smut, usually M- if it's decently explicit, E. And I usually include smut, haha.

21. Can you accurately predict how long your works are going to be? If you can, what's your secret? Girl I WISH I could accurately predict how long my fics are gonna be, haha. I fly blind 99% of the time.

33. Give your writing a compliment. I think over the last year my writing has definitely improved significantly! I've grown into my writing style a lot and I'm really happy with how I'm able to portray my characters.

Thank you my angel 🥺 it was a really good weekend. I got to go to Disney for my birthday actually on the day which is something I’ve wanted to do my whole life and it was pretty cool. ok i googled it and yes lip is carmy!! the shows mainly just about a group of siblings who r rlly poor and trying to provide for themselves (sometimes in less than legal ways) because their alcoholic dad doesn’t do it., most of the characters are a little annoying but only one of the siblings outright sucks which, for how many there are, isn’t a bad ratio

8. What were they told to stop/start doing most often as a child?

That would deffo be to stop using her magic… the people of White Orchard were v anti magic, so knowing a young girl possessed such incredible power would terrify them to the point of rejecting her. Her parents got v paranoid about her powers, which is why she and Isaac ended up being separated to keep them safe

17. Are they easily embarrassed?

Not really! Una knows that making mistakes is part of being human - tho she gets frustrated with herself when she makes mistakes haha! Second hand embarrassment is more likely for her haha

30. Who do they most regret meeting?

Hmmm, I’m not sure about that one tbh… fundamentally she believes most people she’s met have had an impact on her life so she wouldn’t necessarily regret meeting anyone, tho drunken dick heads in taverns are better forgotten so I’d say them haha, but she didn’t regret what she did to them ;)

H. What trait do you admire most?

Her ambition!! She’s v dedicated to perfecting her magic abilities (and her secret, not so allowed interests in necromancy…) but this drive comes down to her connection to her family and how she wants to use her powers for them - not herself!
