Raph giggled, nudging her head against Odette's shoulder. Diagonal from her, Stan grinned wide, while the Narrator perused the wine menu at his side.

"Oh, this place has a rather nice Shiraz," the fellow commented, pointing it out to his husband, who nodded encouragingly. "Shall I get a bottle for the table?"

"Red wines give Nance a headache," Spencer grunted, earning himself a kick from under the table. He glared across it at his Narrator, though there wasn't any heat in it.

What doesn't give him a headache, Stan chuckled, to a stuck-out tongue his direction.

"They have some fancy looking mocktails," Spencer observed. "Look sugary as hell but, we could split one?" He glanced up at Nancy, who hummed consideringly before nodding. "Great."

As the others talked appetizers and possible main dishes, Spencer felt the foot that had kicked him shift closer again. He tensed in preparation of another strike, shooting another warning glare, but relaxed when it only stroked up his calf once before settling, ankles pressed together.

Nancy looked away, scanning the menu with a determination more befitting a manuscript in its final stages, but pressed back with a quick flick of a smile when Spencer nudged his ankle.

6. What is something that you've always wanted to do but never been able to do?

Get the voice of 'but what will everyone think' out of my head. It's rarely as broad as 'what will everyone think', more like 'what will my parents think'. It feels like 20 questions with them whenever I do something I don't usually do.

10. Tell me about an insecurity you overcame.

I used to hate wearing jeans. When I was a kid, I was bigger in both frame and body than anyone else I knew, and I could deal with it as long as I was wearing anything but jeans. A few years ago I started experimenting with my wardrobe. Tame, but there were more dresses in there than I had ever owned. Around that time, I found the first pair of jeans I had ever felt comfortable in.

I feel like shamura deserves a little break after what I've been putting them through in the recent comic, I LOVE DRAWING THEM FLUFFY!!!! The other terrestrial arthropods in the game like helob and sozo have Big Fur so I always imagined shamura would be the same underneath their robes. I mean just look at their eldritch form, even narinder doesn't really have visible fur but that spider is FUZZY.

(also I love drawing the tumblr anon icon as a cultist, it doesn't stop being funny to me tbh)

3. What work are you most proud of(regardless of hits/kudos) ?

Honestly? I'm still super proud of my piece for Warriors and the official start of hyrules curse. I know, objectively, that it's a project that might get very little to no attention because it's my own original thing in a sea of link verse sorta aus. It doesn't help that I don't really do art or comics for hyrules curse lmao, but that's the thing! I'm still very very happy with this piece and I'm still so happy with how it turned out! :D I tried out a bunch of new things and it was my first time really detailing my interpretation of hw link, but I still love him and how I wrote everything so damn much. His relationship with Astoria is still something that I'm so damn excited to explore cause they have a very complex relationship and I'm so glad that I thought of the idea to open with them :] so yeah even though hyrules curse isn't popular or known in the slightest, it makes me very happy and that's what matters!!

5. What work of yours got more feedback than you expected?

I've been writing an entirely original dark sbi fic that I started all the way from last year and it's made me rly happy to see so many people compliment it!! It's been one of my more serious attempts at mystery and atmosphere so I'm just happy that people seem to think of it as so as well :] apparently the tension has been really good thus far so HELL YEAH thank god lmao

10. What work was quickest to write?

Okay technically I've already answered this question, but I've thought on it more and I think the actual correct answer is my Warriors piece LMAO. I pumped and edited that fucker out so fucking quick in retrospect cause it's??? 16k words??? In less than two months?? Which I know for some people isn't all that much, but for me it is SJSJSJ listen I was just possessed by my love for hw link and hyrule warriors in general and also hyrules curse and that monster happened. I still think that that ending scene between Warriors and Cia and AAAAUUUGGGHHHH !!!!! That reminds me that I really need to start back on my Wild piece lmao, he's next up on the chopping block

11. What work took you the longest to write?

Alright I'm cheating here because it's still in progress but ^-^ my dark sbi fic has been in progress for almost a year now and it's already hit 50k words... I'm not even close to finishing it... so yeah its been going on for a good damn while but I'm determined to finish it!
