Well done @otto_orondaam! I'm super proud of what you've been able to do for these kids and so many others, through @slum2school! Keep breaking ground and inspiring us! 👏👏👏👏👏 Reposted from @otto_orondaam - This is our Daily Motivation!!! Like Mariam & Emmanuel said, "do not think we are too young, naive and unintelligent. As children we can see everything that's going on in our society and if you don't prioritize our education, if you don't invest in us, if you don't teach us, we will still learn, but probably from the wrong set of people"!!! _ We couldn't be more proud of their TED talk. Such a strong, urgent, emotional and timely message!!! _ _ We want to see a world where Ageism is discarded and where the voices of children are so loud that they can't be shut down. A Nigeria where young people are leading and making decisions that will affect their future. _ _ Imagine a world where children are appointed into government cabinets because their opinions matter. _ Imagine a world where children and teenagers are invited to sit on conference panels with adults not because they are children but because they are also smart, intelligent and can contribute to global conversations and international development. _ Imagine a Nigeria where prioritizing and investing in the education of every child isn't just seen as a political agenda or a party manifesto but a national priority. _ Imagine a Nigeria that works perfectly for all of us. _ If we are very angry that young people aren't included in government, let's ensure that we start building a nation where not only youths lead but one where children are also encouraged and supported to lead. _ We couldn't be more proud of these kids and all our volunteers, partners and supporters @slum2school. _ Someday these kids will stand tall with their heads high up to address the United Nations General Assembly. They will keep speaking up for every other child from underserved communities across the world and their voices will be heard. Thank you @tedxlagosng for inviting them. #Slum2School #TEDxLagos #TEDxLagos2019 #OttoOrondaam #TEDTalk #LetsDoMore - #regrann https://www.instagram.com/p/B0yDeZDHRIW/?igshid=1m1gp5xh7p25l

Two great personalities were in group 9, at the breakout session - Kola Masha and Adaora Ikenze. Our focus was on using technology to make social impact. One Accessibility was one of the case studies. The outcome was spledid and relationships ignited.
