1. Your first OC ever?

Her name was Serena Andersen, and she was the first draft of Rose the Reaper. She ended up looking more and more like me with time, so I ultimately changed her name to match my online persona.

28. Your most dangerous OC?

Not counting Gods and other major figures in my WIP, that would be Astrid. A regular human with no protection against her abilities doesn’t stand a chance. It may look like telekinesis, but to her it’s more like having many invisible arms and hands that she can control as she pleases. What she can do with those is limited to her body strength and can affect what she sees only, but she knows how easy it is to snap an unsuspecting neck.

43. Do you have any certain type when you create your OCs? Do you tend to favour some certain traits or looks? It’s time to confess!

Very long dark hair and pale skin is my kink lol

All the characters from The Aroostook Witch so far are faceclaims. I have a hard time creating characters from nothing without them being bland looking in the end. For my main three, Astrid is Eva Green, Nathan is Hugh Dancy, and Connor Woo is Sung-Ki Ahn :p

As it’s like the best OC question ever, I’m going to answer it without being tagged lol

Would your OC ever accessorize with a cape?

- Astrid would, but only if she’s provided the cape/cloak and if it fills her requirements for clothes (extra soft, made of natural fibres, tolerate tumble-drying), because it’s not something she would buy for herself.

- Nathan? You bet your ass he would. The only thing stopping him to wear one every day is the risk to ruin it, but he definitely owns the one in the picture under and is waiting for the perfect occasion to sport it.

Hobby: What do they love? What captivates them? What are their passions?- Astrid: Her main passion is the outdoors, especially plants: their properties, how to grow each one of them, where they come from. Animals and wild Singulars come second.- Nathan: Is a huge fan of opera and ballet. Always goes to the best locations in the world to see his favourite performances (Magical portals come handy in that case!).- Charlie: Video games, of course! As they have an active gaming channel, for them it’s a way to connect with people, and it makes them happy to know they’ve been able to put a smile on someone’s face when they receive positive comments.

I am INTRIGUED!! Mystery mixed with the supernatural are my two weaknesses!!! Tell me about Nathan? Why does Astrid team up with him of all people? What does he have to gain over helping Astrid prove her innocence??

As the Warden, Nathan’s job is to make sure that non-humans and magic users abide by the law. Astrid and him met when he was looking for a rare ingredient for a potion that he regularly takes to alleviate the effects of magic on his body (sorcerers and witches don’t use magic the same way, and when sorcerers use magic too much it can make them sick or cause pain). Astrid grows all sort of things at her house, so she first became his supplier. They eventually started a casual relationship, but the more they spend time together, the less it stays casual.

Nathan knows Astrid enough to doubt that she would kill someone, especially with the kind of murder that occurred and since no clues point to her. The person who is convinced of Astrid’s guilt is another character, Connor Woo, who has something against witches and the supernatural in general. He’s part of an organisation that basically does the Warden’s job in place where there’s no Warden, but he still stays in North Maine because the county is too large for Nathan to be everywhere at once.
