[TASK 145: UZBEKISTAN]
In celebration of Asian American Heritage Month, here’s a masterlist below compiled of over 630+ Uzbek faceclaims categorised by gender with their occupation and ethnicity denoted if there was a reliable source. If you want an extra challenge use random.org to pick a random number! Of course everything listed below are just suggestions and you can pick whichever faceclaim or whichever project you desire.
Any questions can be sent here and all tutorials have been linked below the cut for ease of access! REMEMBER to tag your resources with #TASKSWEEKLY and we will reblog them onto the main! This task can be tagged with whatever you want but if you want us to see it please be sure that our tag is the first five tags, @ mention us or send us a messaging linking us to your post!
THE TASK - scroll down for FC’s!
STEP 1: Decide on a FC you wish to create resources for! You can always do more than one but who are you starting with? There are links to masterlists you can use in order to find them and if you want help, just send us a message and we can pick one for you at random!
STEP 2: Pick what you want to create! You can obviously do more than one thing, but what do you want to start off with? Screencaps, RP icons, GIF packs, masterlists, PNG’s, fancasts, alternative FC’s - LITERALLY anything you desire!
STEP 3: Look back on tasks that we have created previously for tutorials on the thing you are creating unless you have whatever it is you are doing mastered - then of course feel free to just get on and do it. :)
STEP 4: Upload and tag with #TASKSWEEKLY! If you didn’t use your own screencaps/images make sure to credit where you got them from as we will not reblog packs which do not credit caps or original gifs from the original maker.
THINGS YOU CAN MAKE FOR THIS TASK - examples are linked!
Stumped for ideas? Maybe make a masterlist or graphic of your favourite faceclaims. A masterlist of names. Plot ideas or screencaps from a music video preformed by an artist. Masterlist of quotes and lyrics that can be used for starters, thread titles or tags. Guides on culture and customs.
Screencaps
RP icons [of all sizes]
Gif Pack [maybe gif icons if you wish]
PNG packs
Manips
Dash Icons
Character Aesthetics
PSD’s
XCF’s
Graphic Templates - can be chara header, promo, border or background PSD’s!
FC Masterlists - underused, with resources, without resources!
FC Help - could be related, family templates, alternatives.
Written Guides.
and whatever else you can think of / make!
MASTERLIST!

CHARACTER STUDY Name: Svetlana Mikhailovna Orlova Age: 25 DOB: 15 April 1992 Sex: Female Height: 5′6 Species: Human
Svetlana, affectionately called ‘Sveta’ by Ivan himself, is a longtime ‘friend’ due to an accidental encounter on the Saint Petersburg-Moscow Railway in the early 2000s. As a young child, Sveta and her friends were captivated by the local legends of ‘personifications’ passed down throughout history by strangers and relatives claiming to either have information about or have personally encountered one of these fabled beings themselves. In their neighbourhood, she and her friends would occasionally go ‘hunting’ for these mysterious figures, hoping to finally meet the one called ‘Russia.’
On holiday to Moscow from Saint Petersburg, eight year old Svetlana and her family unknowingly boarded the Red Arrow, the overnight train, alongside Russia himself. And as is the case with children, lengthy rides anywhere are the epitome of boring. With her parents finally asleep, young Sveta took the opportunity to explore the train as it coasted along into the later hours of the night, unknowingly drawn to the cabin where a man known as Ivan Braginsky found himself watching the darkened landscape rolling by.
They say children, not yet jaded by life’s hardships, are able to see things for what they really are. Things their parents---adults---lose sight of as life beats them down and blinds them to anything but the harsh reality in front of their faces.
He had never done that before------been questioned by such a young child about things that should have seemed so straightforward ( or at least did to the younger minds who lacked in-depth knowledge of how said cruel world worked. ) He had never been ASKED that before: ‘Does this mean you’re ‘Russia?’’ He had never seen a child’s face light up so to hear such a simple answer: ‘...Yes, you are correct. I am the Russian Federation. It is a pleasure to meet you.’
Why had he even entertained this girl?
Pride and a sense of joy over something as simple as his own EXISTENCE, how strange...
But Sveta was overjoyed at finding this great mystery; this elusive man rumoured to be just a legend. This man who was her------she was part of him?------who was meant to represent everyone, a man who, in her eyes, was wonderful just for sitting there. She knew her parents were wrong, that he just had to exist. That they didn’t believe and one day she would show them.
Unfortunately for her, the next morning he was nowhere to be found. And if not for a handwritten note and a small knit hat left in her possession, she would have been left believing she dreamt the whole thing.
How do you find again a man who nobody believes exists in a country as large as Russia?
By chance, of course.
Fast forward 15 years and Sveta, having moved permanently to Moscow for university and work, met a man on Old Arbat who looked INCREDIBLY familiar.
One guess as to who.
#♛ ⁞ Против судьбы восстать ни шагу назад ( Headcanons )#♛ ⁞ Без тебя нет меня ( People )#i should probably write this down as idk part one or something of her story just so it's on here#i love npcs in ivan's life

Kickin’ and Screaming || Dmitry & Lana.
