So was anyone gonna tell me that when allistics say "clean" they don't mean it?
#Had this fucking revelation while I was scrubbing the bathroom skirting boards#And obviously noone had done it in weeks and I was a bit pissed about it#Because they want me to be on a rotating cleaning schedule and I can't clean that regularly!#I can't schedule energy like that#And it occurred to me: they're not fucking cleaning#Sure occasionally they'll crack out the spray and wipe#But they're not hands and knees scrubbing the floor or actually getting in the cracks#This house is barely kept functional!#And it clicked: they don't mean clean#They mean like tidyish and a wipe here and there#Which is both way less stressful and somehow more maddening bc it means#That if I want something clean then I'm gonna have to do it myself#And this house is kinda filthy imma be honest#Who would have thought that me of all people would be uncomfy with grime#But it makes me unhappy!#So now I'll have to put hours of work scrubbing and wiping and elbow greasing every nook and cranny#Cranny*#To actually get it clean#While they're gonna be sweating over the fact I can't remember what day it is to put the rubbish out#God this is a fucking stupid system#Me saying shit
